Service is Everything ☺️ This office is now Prime Pediatric Dental Group. My daughter was under the Ortho Dental Treatment for Braces in WPB - 10th Avenue but it closed down out of nowhere. When I called the number left on their VM I was rerouted to the Hialeah office where I was treated with empathy and compassion. I could tell that they were overwhelmed by the overflow of phone calls and possibly irritated patients but they still managed to keep their professionalism. They immediately booked us in and continued to now finish her treatment. Veronica (Office Manager) and staff are very helpful and conveniently with me since they understood how far my drive was to & from. The Doctor is Amazing; she is quick, knowledgeable, professional & kind. I can honestly say that the drive was well worth it. In addition both the Pediatric Dentist and Ortho team were very accommodating. My daughter was seen by both parties in one day! If you are one of the WPB parents of patients, don’t freak out. I highly recommend this place.

Company went out of business, no phone service , what’s going on

Tienen un PÉSIMO servicio de llamadas para no decir NULO!! Básicamente tú nunca puedes contactarte con ellos , ellos se contactan contigo y cuando uno necesite cambiar una cita o hacer alguna pregunta importante olvídate de eso tienes que obligatoriamente en persona . En una ocasión donde insistí bastante varios días llamando en diferentes horarios y me cogieron una vez el teléfono y me quejé del mal servicio y la chica grosera me dijo que reunían mucho volúmenes 😤 cuando es MENTIRA , ellos lo que tienen es un bueno no se que tienen puesto para que desvíen las llamadas y eso me lo dijo una de las que trabajaba allá y bueno eso no es culpa de los que atienen en el desk pero es feo que este lugar no ofrecía un servicio tan BASICO!! . El trato no ha sido malo excepto por una doctora joven que siempre tiene pestañas y cejas maquilladas que ella Jesús y santo dios SIGLOS se demora en atenderte , es normal que cuando te recién los asistentes y vaya la dormirá a verte no sea de inmediato porque hay más pacientes pero ella se tardado un día una hora en atenderte y porque mi mamá insistió para que me viera no me se su nombre pero no me gusta lo que hacen , en cambio otra doctora ( digo doctora pero me refiero dental no se cuál sería el nombre oficial ) de lo más simpática , es rubia , tampoco me sé su nombre pero que amor de persona y no se demora como la otra y tienen el mismo nivel de pacientes y eso deja mucho que decir

Mi hijo tenía una cita hoy 18 de septiembre del 2024 a las 2 pm, programada desde hace un mes y no me llaman para dejarme saber que cerraron ni para reagendar la cita ni nada. Nosotros pagamos por adelantado todo el tratamiento de ortodoncia…!

Agradecida con la Dra Ramírez, Isaac y en general con todas las trabajadoras de esta clínica, hacen un gran trabajo en equipo, me sentí muy cómoda en todo momento. Rápidos y eficaces 🩷

Los tiempos de espera son realmente extensos, siempre he tenido que esperar mas de una hora para recibir atención. se pasan.... mi pregunta es: si hay tanta gente porque no se amplían y contratan mas personal? o porque no manejan mejor la agenda, por querer meter la mayor cantidad de gente posible hacen que todo sea un desastre.

PLEASE READ i am posting this review because i’ve been a patient from them for 3 years and my brother was a patient from them also years ago. i am not sure what happened but this whole business is horrible. a year or two ago ALL the people got fired for fraud for scamming peoples insurance, and now, the new team is bad. i mostly refer to the main doctor. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. they made me go through so much pain to the point i got irreversible JAW issues. when i got my braces off, i went a whole month without a retainer because of THEIR fault from my top teeth. eventually, i was doing okay but the permanent retainers on my bottom teeth kept breaking and kept CHARGING me for it. again, i have jaw issues so i physically couldn’t even break these retainers myself, they just did a horrible job. AND kept charging me for it?!?! fast forward, the permanent retainers kept breaking to the point it moved all my bottom teeth and had to get braces again and took advantage of my father to pay for it AGAIN!!!!!! ALLL THEIR MISTAKES AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT. these people SUCK and i never want to see them again. please go somewhere else, PLEASE. todo lo barato sale caro!!! these people quite literally DONT care about you, the doctor has an ugly attitude and the whole team blame everything on you instead of being responsible and taking responsibility for their actions.

The doctors are okay. I’m not a big fan of having to wait 2 and a half hours to receive treatment even with an appointment. However, the reason for the one star review is the FRONT DESK STAFF. They are wildly UNPROFESSIONAL. In my opinion, it’s unacceptable to have headphones on if you’re working as a receptionist considering you have to talk to people all day. They always have the worst attitudes too. Completely ridiculous for me to walk in, stand in front of the desk, and still not be greeted until I said something and THEN to be ignored by the receptionist. Ridiculous. No hay ni una gota de cordura en esa oficina.
