Extremely very professional. Down to earth not like others , they only want money and insurance. This doctor has not charge me a cent because my insurance didn’t cover it.

I reached out to Dr. Martinezs' office with an emergency situation for one of his nursing home patients and was told by his secretary that I had to reach out to the nursing home facility where he sees the patient instead. Which makes no sense because he is the the patients doctor and they will reach out to him anyways. He is completely avoiding communication with the family members. I'm very disappointed. Definitely not recommended.

El día 13 agosto hice 48 llamadas para una cita la cual me dijeron por correo electrónico que no había cita hasta el 18 agosto ,mandé a mi esposa a llamar y le contestaron de una vez y le daban cita para el mismo día 13 de agosto ,el dr u otra persona alguna molestia tendría conmigo ,pero es una falta de respeto tratar a un paciente de esa manera

En mi experiencia si pudiera le daría 10 estrellas a todo el personal pero el doctor sobre todo, es un increíble ser humano además de profesional les aseguro que ya no se encuentra un médico así que tenga empatía con sus pacientes que les dedique tiempo, en fin todo lo que un paciente necesita mil bendiciones y que siempre esté ahi para nosotros

I highly recommend Dr.Martinez a professional doctor with an amazing soul. Has been My Mothers doctor for 8 years , my doctor for 5 years , my husbands for 1 year. Also has an Amazing staff as well. I don’t give them 10 stars because system only allows 5.

This doctor is amazing, human and cares for his patients. I would say the only "but" I could give would be that his practice is big and there are always a lot of patients waiting to see him, BUT IT'S TOTALLY WORTH IT. Highly recommend him. Este doctor es maravilloso, muy humano y realmente se preocupa por sus pacientes. Yo diria que el unico "pero" es que tiene muchos pacientes y generalmente hay que esperar un rato para poder verlo, PERO ABSOLUTAMENTE VALE LA PENA LA ESPERA. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.
