Muy complacido con el médico y su equipo. Hay parqueo, buen trato y el doctor se toma el tiempo para preguntar, explicar y ser empatico. Lo único que me desagrada es que para tener una cita para consulta o audiometria, el tiempo de espera es largo ( a veces meses) Sin embargo esto puede estar determinado por que tengan alto número de pacientes.

Este médico muy bueno atento con mucha experiencia lo recomiendo 100%

Sadly this place is getting one star due to their manager Conny. Conny has zero customer service , zero respect for patients. I highly advise going somewhere else where you can be treated better. Lamentablemente, este lugar está recibiendo una estrella debido a su gerente Conny. Conny no tiene servicio al cliente, cero respeto por los pacientes. Recomiendo encarecidamente ir a otro lugar donde puedas ser tratado mejor.

Excellent doctor with a high level of trust.

My father visited Dr Marban with initial complaint of hoarseness. For 3 to 4 months he told my dad to gargle with water and lemon, and eventually saying he had a nasal drip. Today 5 months later my father has a large mass on his larynx and just had a biopsy done to confirm a malignant tumor. I strongly believe this doctor did not provide the attention and care that my father needed, and I believe he was negligent in his care.

Excellent physician . Honest, very well prepared , he knows what he is doing and treats his patients with respect , love ,and compassion. A very humble person and an excellent professional. His office staff is also excellent, always ready to help.

I have been here twice. I'm sure the doctor is well equipped to handle otolarygological issues. On both occasions, I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment. On the first appointment, I did not get to see him because I waited 4 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I communicated with his staff who kept on promising me that I would be next. I decided to stay on until I could no longer wait to fulfill my other responsibilities. I saw many other patients in the same boat as me. Waiting hours on hours. Today was my second attempt. It was exactly the same situation. 4 hours and I had to leave. I had faith that the first time was a fluke but trust me it's not. This office caters to large senior citizen medical facilities who drop off a large number of patients all at once. When they arrive by bus, the office seems as if they are under obligation to see them even at the cost of my appointment. If you value your time, please don't waste it with this office.
