Dr Cabrerizo was very kind, patient and thorougly explained dental procedure needed. Seems unfair after seeing sone reviews that she's being judged on the office. It's a pediatric dentistry which gets very busy and like any other doctor you have to wait. I was very happy with her services.

Dr.Cabrerizo should re-name her office to ZOO DENTAL instead of Pediatric Associates. I visited her office on July 2019, and to my surprise, I encounter an unprofessional dental clinic. Women and children were sitting on the floor of the office. There were so many overbooks that people were sitting on the sidewalk (It was a hot day as it is usually in south Florida) of the shopping center. After I waited 30 minutes, and no one had called me, I ask the receptionist to talk to the manager about the situation. The receptionist apologized but did not give me any reason. The manager (Jessica) said that they had a specialist doctor like that was an excuse to have my kid sitting on the floor. I told her that there was no reason to overbook patients if they don't have the facilities to accommodate patiet or the staff to take care of them. I have been to several pediatric dentists with my son. Honestly the wait is long everywhere I have gone, but this was the only place that helped me with my child's cavities. They work with all patients, even special needs children and have great methods to work with uncooperative children. I am one happy mom.

Terrible service how can a company change I have teenagers now been coming here for years. I came Last week and today something they give you appointments but when you get here it's a 3 hour plus wait we know you have to wait any where you go but this is ridiculous. Last week I had to reset my daughters appointment because the wait was crazy. Today I came with my youngs daughter for her evaluation for braces which is something different from the other patients and the wait craziest looks like they're trying to do more then wat they can.
