I've never written a review in my life but feel the necessity to do so regarding Dr. Spera. Cannot be more satisfied with the results of my under eye bags procedure. His staff was very professional and answered all my questions from the first day I stepped into their office for an appointment. Special thanks to Merlin and Mildred who were there for me every step of the way.

I actually got my some work done by him and he is absolutely AMAZING!!

I did with this doctor two procedures one hair implant, no even one graf survived and finally I tryed to fix a little nasal septum deviation that I developed while practicing martial arts, I used to have an elegant stylized nose, now my nose looks like a boxer nose flat shorter and ogly, think twice to have a procedure there. I am an MD as well. I went to his office in Hialeah and showed pictures to her assistant of my nose before and after and I showed also my scalp she agreed with me and told me I am going to talk to him, I was just asking for the money I paid for the rhinoplasty, he got upset and refused to pay me nothing later I had a consultation with a renamed plastic surgeon and he got astonished when saw my little ogly nose compared to my old pictures he realized my face looked so different than before and stated you better law suit this man but I didn't. I believe in forgiveness.

Exceptional practitioner and surgeon with respect to the actual procedure . Very organized and structured office and clinic setting. The only improvement area is the communication one on one with the patient. This doctor is not extremely communicative but he does make up with his lack of words with his work. There is high traffic with many clients so this may the reason for less one on one time . I would still highly recommend Dr. Spera.

I have been referred to Dr. Spera's office. I have seen his work on my friend. He is Excellent Doctor. However, I do not know if he has an answering service. A woman answered and she automatically referred me to an office that was far from me, without even letting me speak. She sounded like a tape recorder. I had to explain one area of Miami, is not Hialeah. I highly suggest they get more customer service people to answer the phone. The Dr. is an excellent Dr. but the customer service woman who answered the phone, and does not live in Miami dade should slow down, and "Listen" to the customer that calls. He may need more customer people to answer his calls.
