Una vez puede pasar por error, dos o mas veces ya es mal trabajo.Cada vez que tengo una orden de Laboratorio, lo mandan para su laboratorio interno, en vez de QUEST. Yo tengo todos mis records en Quest desde hace muchos años y no quiero cambiar. Esta no es la primera vez que me pasa, llego al laboratorio y no esta la orden.Los medicamentos , lo mismo, hay que llamar una y otra vez hasta que los ponen en la farmacia de mi preferencia.Esta gente de repente planifican citas sin mi concentimiento, pasa todo el tiempo.Una persona que esta en el front desk me atendio de muy mala forma, hasta que quise poner una queja , fue entonces cuando todo se resolvio, no sin antes perder mi cita (7:45 am) en el laboratorio.Once can happen by mistake, twice or more times is bad work.Every time I have a lab order, they send it to their internal lab, instead of QUEST. I have had all my records in Quest for many years and I don't want to change. This is not the first time this has happened to me, I get to the lab and the order is not there.The medications, the same thing, I have to call over and over again until they are put in the pharmacy of my choice.These people suddenly schedule appointments without my consent, it happens all the time.One person at the front desk was very rude to me, until I wanted to file a complaint, and then everything was resolved, but not before I missed my appointment (7:45 am) at the lab.

He visitado esta clinica por 4 años, siempre he tenido muy buena atención, excepto las ultimas veces donde no he resivido el mejor servicio de parte una señora con el pelo rojo en el front desk. La señora no tiene educación, no se como pueden permitir que personas sin preparacion este en un puesto tan importante como es el front desk, el cual es la primera impresion. Deberian evaluar su servicio hacia los pasientes.La señora canosa (perdon por no saber el nombre y referirme asi) es muy buena, lleva muchos años trabajando en este lugar, y la señora rubia tambien es muy agradable, ambas también del front desk.Hace un tiempo me atendia la doctora Paula Williams, excelente doctora. Ahora me atiendo con la doctora Yadira Blanco, igual de buena y atenta con sus pasientes.Si hay algo que puedo agregar aqui es que siempre tratan de ayudarte y que salgas contento, excepto si te toca con la señora que ya mencione.

Ignoran el paciente y son inresponsables

No recomiendo este centro médico. Juegan contigo jamas devuelven la llamada por mas grande que sea el problema. Pedi por tres dias cita médica el mismo dia de la cita llama 4 veces hasta hable con una supervisora y jamas me atendió el médico a pesar de tener cita médica. Pésimo servicio 😡 😒

Absolute garbage. If the customer service is any indication of the quality of patient care, run away. They canceled my appointment 4 times because of COVID, didn’t offer a new appointment and all but hung up on me when I asked for them to reschedule. The appointment was supposed to over the phone. Do not recommend at all.There is no way anyone would willingly give this place above a 1 star.

Terrible!!! Pésima atención y el servicio al cliente de lo peor.. te dan la cita con la doctora a una hora y te atienden 3 a 4 horas después.. la recepcionista es una grosera, grita a los pacientes como si fuera la dueña del lugar.. nosotros pagamos al seguro y ellos le cobran por la consulta.. nada es gratis aquí, así que inviertan en mejorar la calidad de sus empleados porque cada día pierden pacientes..la organización cambia de nombre pero la atención está cada vez peor!!! Le puse una estrella porque sino no me dejar escribir el comentario, pero no se merecen ninguna!!! Este comentario el para Centrum Health ubicado en 7200 NW 7th St, Ste 202-204, Miami, FL 33126.

Limpio y buena atención por sus empleados.

pesima atención no te atienden ala hora de la cita tienes que esperar hasta 2 y 3 horas para que te atiendan

This is a horrible place to go if your not fluent in Spanish. I’ve been going here for a year and it’s horrible this is the closest place to me that my insurance covers that’s why I’ve put up with it for so long. I go to the Eureka one. Every time I go I choose the earliest appointment, the doctors are always late to their jobs then they make you wait for over an hour just to call you in. I’ve waited 2 1/2 hours just to be called in just to wait in another waiting area inside. I recently called the office to make an appointment and when I asked if they spoke English the receptionist hung up on me. This happen 3 time in a row. Now that I am at my appointment I walk in and there is four women just talking to eachother instead of helping the patients sign in. I waited two minutes to see if they would help and of course they didn’t so I asked do I just sign my name in and I was ignored. After waiting for 8 minutes one of them finally called next and as I go to walk up she says no and points for the person behind me to go after I’ve been waiting before the other patient. Someone else then mentions that I was here before and that’s when they finally help me check in. I strongly do not recommend Centrum health clinics.

The worst place in miami. I have been waiting for 2h to see the doctor. Nobody gave an explanation why you have to wait even if you have an appointment . I’m not recommend this place at all.Little Havana Centrum Health
