At first it was a little confusing and long wait but now there the best now all doctors and staff are very important to me and my family their the best all life matters and you guys work hard stay safe and bless and wear your mask 😷 ❤️‍

They hang up on u always give u the runaround giving u numbers that lead nowhere numbers that never call u back it’s a hassle to do anything here. I asked several people to help me reschedule my appointment they said there was nothing they could do for me but direct me a message machine that said they’d call me back. It’s been 2 weeks I’m still waiting. I’ve been without meds for almost 3 weeks no one helped me figure anything out. I feel awful alone thanks

I think they have an excellent teamThey’re very caring and on point and motivated to help me as a patient which is very rare nowadays for companies.I think it’s super awesome also how they have so many things within the community of one company.Shout out to Dr. Cintron Kat the family Coachto Belinda who unfortunately just left us~~anddddd to Mr.Mike Aka Nicolas Cages earth twin and SVEn who have been helping me since the beginning Thank u guys for being so on top of things ~~~🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 and persistent muchlove

La peor experiencia en todo el tiempo que llevo con ustedes es una falta de respeto tenía un appointment para las 315 de la tarde llegue a las 3 a la oficina esperé durante una hora y no fui atendida cuando llegue a la oficina no había nadie en el transcurso de es hora llegaron mas pacientes a los cuales todos fueron atendidos menos mi hija me sentí tan brava y tan decepcionada de la falta de respeto que me fui que vergüenza que te hagan esperar así y no te den ni una explicación.

En esta locación existe el servicio de ginecología y obstetricia psicología psiquiatría y además funciona el WIC algunos tienen diferentes horarios

Muy mal servicio al cliente te dejan en espera a que alguien conteste el teléfono e espero hasta 40 minutos y después cuelgan deberían de areglar esa situación

This please is a mess waste of time Front desk is a mess people in charge of send the prescription to pharmacy are another mess You will have to do their work and make phone calls to verify the prescription was received...

My complaint is with the Pediatricians office and with the front desk. I have been with them for 5 years now when they had an office located next to Hialeah Hospital and I never had a problem except the parking but they knew and understood. Since the closure and moving everything to the 51st Place location the service has gone downhill. It takes about a month to get my kids in for an appointment and I have to reschedule its another month. There is one girl at the check in who is very rude and acts like nothing is their problem. The text that they sent me to remind me of an appointment was the wrong time. When I should her she said it wasnt their problem that I should have been there on time. There was no parking and she told me that wasnt their problem either. I need another copy of a referral and they said that I have to make an appointment for an evaluation after one has already been done No more. That is three patients lost and no more referrals from me.

Excellent professional and caring psychiatric treatment. Very low low income patients but I was surprised to find their doctors how good they are. Their employees were helpful and nice as well.
