Soy Case Manager y mis clientes en general estan muy complacidos con los servicios de su clínica. En el caso mío en particular y creo hablo por otros case managers que trabajamos con ustedes considero PESIMO MALO INEFECTIVO el tema de solicitar los records médicos de los pacientes. Hace un MES solicité unos records de psiquiatría de pacientes necesitados de servicios personas con problemas mentales y bajos recursos y a estas alturas no se ha ni siquiera procesado mi solicitud. Llamas a records y las encargadas siempre están ocupadas y no hace uno más que hablar con el recepcionista quien muy amablemente te invita a llamar de nuevo para repetirte la misma historia e volverte a invitar a llamar al día siguiente. Si estoy psentando un consent legal firmado por el paciente que es dueño de sus récords por qué este procedimiento demora tanto y es tan engorroso ? quién es responsable por esta demora irracional ? Por favor su clínica ofrece buenos servicios creo que sería muy conveniente mejorar este asunto por el bien de sus propios pacientes. Gracias

He venido desde mayo por un holderY lo primero no tenian memoria enMayo vine dos veces Vine hoy de nuevo por el holder 831Y me dicen que el holder esta rotoque van a verQue si otra clinica le prestan uno.Los doctores son muy nices del servicio medico.No tengo problema ....pero deberian de estar mas atento que hay y que no hay en la clinica la persona engarda de esto deberia de estar pendienteCreo que llegar a una clinica y salir asi enojado por que uno no se sentia biem y llegar a tu clinica y que no te resuelva lo que tienen que hacer ...es el colmo.Soy un paciente que me llevo biem con todos y nunca he dado un problema.

El Dr Urgel es un gran profesional y brinda una magnifica atención el personal de la terapia también entre otros como el personal de servicio al cliente dentistas y otras especialidades que realizan correctamente su trabajo.

One big negative the parking is horrendous. The area has a two story building and not enough parking and when 3 or 4 transport vehicles show up to deliver or pick up patients theres no way to get into the driveway or the facility never mind parking. Sometimes the right lane becomes blocked at 49th Ave. from vehicles waiting for the parking area to clear in order to enter as the large people movers have no where to go. You may find yourself driving around until it clears.Really Miami Welness needs a better facility for their patients.

Been here twice. Showed up early. Not seen for 1 to 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. Everyone is nice but they dont have any extended hours and two hours in waiting room is NOT Acceptable. Will be finding a new Dr.
