I came just for a doctors note which I've done here before, I tried to come back for another doctors note almost a month later for work and I was told I can't receive one because I have to come in while I'm sick, but when I called on the phone I was told not to come in and to place an appointment over the phone and had to wait almost 2 weeks. This place is terrible and the nurses do not want to work. The service is terrible and the nurses talked in Spanish in front of me so that I could not understand which is very rude.

I went to Community Medical Group of Hialeah, to see Dr Palomino last friday as he was my PCP (not anymore, I changed my PCP already) , I was very sick with bronchitis, could hardly breath, speak, coughing all the time and was received by his assistant who told me that the doctor could not see me because he had many patients (I was willing to wait) she gave me an appointment for next monday, I am diabetic, have hypertension, Nash, hyperthyroidism, and chronic bronchitis, and could not breath well. I had to get antibiotics myself. and HE LOST 2 PATIENTS MY SON AND ME.
