I would give cero stars but I can't. I have to start with that the front desk personal is never available to answer the phones calls, to get my first appointment I had to call several times and when someone finally decided to take the phone just say: CORA!!! No greeting at all. The Physical therapist's are very unprofessional. The worst part is that they lack of empathy. Only a lady there was polite and enthusiastic about the patients well-being. Do you a favor, stay away!

Best place ever to do your physical therapy. The employees are super nice and friendly. Working with Gigi, Liset and Gio has been a pleasure. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Absolutely great facility, Professional and friendly staff, clean, organized, and calm environment. Everyone at CORA Physical Therapy Hialeah is great! Well-informed and knowledgeable staff. I work with several Physical Therapist's (Gio, Liset, Gigi mainly), and each treat me with care. Very attentive therapists. I had hip surgery, and they have given me the ability to walk again without having to continue using a walker. My hip is improving each visit. The front desk, Evelyn and Flor, outstanding customer service. They always greet you by your first name. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Cora Physical Therapy Hialeah to anyone looking for physical therapy.

After being reluctant to go, but the only place close to home, walked in, sat down and the two girls in the front on their phone and didn't acknowledge our presence. Definitely shows why Hialeah has such a bad reputation.
