No one answers the phone. They dont take appointments seriously and theyre VERY RUDE when they do finally answer the phone

Although at my first appointment there was a lack of organization I went ahead and saw Dr. Reyna Rodriguez as my primary physician. In the beginning she seemed thorough but after that things at her office continued to be unsatisfactory.I would call the office and either no one would answer someone who couldn’t understand English well enough. I’ve left several voicemails with their answering service and they’re always impolite never greeting you rushing you off the phone and even telling me twice that my message to the doctor isn’t urgent so it wouldn’t be forward.Then the doctor accused me of not following my regimen right in regards to proper nutrition because I gained 5 lbs. which according to my scale is 5lbs. of muscle I gained over a three week period. And when I do get a hold of someone on the line I have to wait for a blocked number to call me just to get a call back from the doctor. Why doesn’t the doctor’s office have a number that is visible? It’s very odd and offputting to not ever be able to never have your appointment times respected a doctor accusing you of not doing something when you have not preparing prescriptions on time or leaving information off the prescription card which meant that when I would go pick up my prescription they would tell me the doctor left off my BMI and they couldn’t get in contact with her to get my BMI. It’s one thing after the other.And today instead of apologizing for another miscommunication in my appointment she blamed me. Then she said well you don’t need your prescription after charging me $40 for arguing and trying to shame me for my weight. I was going there to save an extra $20 but thank God I was able to see a doctor who listened to my experience and said he would keep my visits at $40. His front desk staff was polite there was a proper greeting when I called to schedule an appointment and when I went in person.He had a system already set up to book appointments for telehealth instead of waiting on blocked phone calls from a doctor who shames you and then denies you a prescription because you try to hold her accountable for her office’s disorganization. They still haven’t sent me my money back. They charged me after I asked not to be charged especially after she wanted to deny me my prescriptions because I tried to hold her accountable.

This place is bull St the doctor is not even a doctor I dont recommend this place to anyone and I will be changing primary today

Dr. Rodriguez is the best

Best OBGYN although his office is now located in Palmetto Hospital.I rarely meet a dr with this much compassion and dedication toward their patients.Highly recomeend to all women .
