No se para que asignan citas cada vez que tuve que ir a la oficina llegue a la hors especificada pars tener que espersr horas y horas, no obstante si intentas decir que no estas de acuerdo con el mal rato y falta de consideracion con el tiempo, recepcion es "quien se ofende".....

I have been there for 4 appointments. Never been there without having to wait 2 hours. Also I never saw the doctor, just the nurse.

Worst customer sercive I have ever gotten in a Doctor’s office. The lady in the front desk taking the calls in lunch time is really rude and doesn’t even care about helping you. I really think they should improve their patient’s experience when it comes to taking calls. Specifically since this is a cardiologist office.

Realmente si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría, pésima atención, una falta de respetos en todos los sentidos, mi appointment era a la 1pm y llegue antes y a la 1:50 al ver la demora pregunto y me dicen q la doctora llego tarde y tenia todavía 5 personas delante en fin una falta de profesionalismo y de ética a la máxima expresión. Eviten este lugar.

Le saque una cita a mi papa por primera vez en medio de esta pandemia arriesgando contagio por que ha estado delicado De salud y necesitaba hacer seguimiento con el cardiologo. La peor decisión!! Este lugar no esta tomando medidas de precaución por el Covid19, hay mucha gente esperando en una misma sala y no hay distanciamiento social. Adicional a eso la espera es terrible, no son puntuales en la cita y te terminan atendiendo despues de 4 horas. Horrible servicio y mucho mas ahora con la pandemia no es un lugar recomendable ni seguro.

What a terribly unprofessional office with poor communication skills which is shocking considering cardiology as a specialty is so elite but not at this office. My mom had an appointment on Thursday at 9:45am and the doctor called in sick an hour after her appointment had started. The staff said that his nurse practitioner could see people but that she was not in the office yet running late. They reschedule for Monday and when we asked for the earliest available apt, a receptionist sarcastically says “well 9:45 is the earliest since the nurse comes late a lot” We get here on Monday and they said the nurse had to cancel and that they tried calling us prior. I would give zero stars if I could. En español: Que oficina más mala y zero profesionalismo. El doctor llama una hora después de la cita a decir que está enfermo y dicen que la enfermera nos puede ver pero que ella está corriendo una hora tarde también. Hicimos una nueva cita para el lunes y llegamos a la oficina y nos dicen “los llamamos el viernes para cancelar la cita porque la enfermera no viene hoy” Hay mejores cardiólogos en Miami que venir a Hialeah con esa oficina sin profesionalismo.
