Maybe he is one of the best gastrointestinal doctors but the waiting time before a procedure is ridiculous. My appointment was at 12 m and they called me 3 hrs later knowing that all patients are fasting. Unacceptable the waiting time.

Recomiendo al Dr. Maderal pero el personal que asiste en la oficina no tienen buena forma para tratar a los pacientes deben de tener mas cordialidad y comprension ya que no es un sitio de placer. Todo el que va a un consultorio medico es porque tiene problemas de salud y lo que menos necesita es que lo traten mal.

The attention was good i was seen by diane dr Maderal PA SHE WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFULL but after the endoscopy i still have the same pain and heartburn they call me to follow Up next day to see how i feel I explained the assistant i was feeling bad she state was going to talk to the doctor and im still have waiting for an Answer from the dr or assistantAfter that i call 2 times and nobody call me backToday i call to see if they can give me i sooner appointment at list by teleconference because the pain continues and they dont have nothing sooner and told me a person will call me40 min before to collect a $40.00 copay for the copay they will called me really fast no for the results. Is so sad to see how the medicine field has become a business and not a care for other that are in needs

Dr Maderal was curtious as was the staff. Would recommend also my son has Crohns and is aging out of pediatrics will be taking him to Dr. Maderal.

The doctors were great and they attended to my every need I give this place 3 stars because even though the doctors and staff are great theres this one staff member named elizabeth who was very very rude to me and my daughter at the end of the visit when i went to get my paperwork done. BEWARE

My mother and my father had been to this doctor for years. He was very nice not a good doctor before according to my mother and father but in their last appointment they had with this doctor he was nasty unprofessional uncaring didt even look remember or had previous records of my parents medical history. it was like talking to a complete stranger.... My parents were so confuse about the whole thing that I had to call doctors office the next day just to confirm that they were seen by the same doctor and not just somebody covering for him. Do your parents a favor and have them go to another GI doctor youll thank me later.
