When paramedics arrived at palmetto hospital I was almost gone with a massive heart attack on 1/16/21. They called it widow maker and because of his knowledge and good practice I’m alive today. THANK You Very Much Dr. Gilberto Concepcion!

Probably saved my life at the ER and I'm forever grateful. Very nice man but his office is a disaster and poorly run. Seems like he's always in a rush. I guess it's because he always running late. He doesn't return calls and cancels appointments. When I do see him average wait time was 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours. He shares and office and thus has appointments only 1 day a week.

Very nice man and good doctor, but his office is a disaster. My wait time is usually over an hour and a half. His staff have no clue what is going on. He constantly cancels appointments and does not return phone calls.

This doctor he could be the best cardiologists but he needs to learn how to respect his patients time, he is always late, I meant always late. Beside that the office staff in Kendall do not have office skills.We asked to scan a document and attach it to an email I still waiting for that to happens, they asked for you to provide the fax number to a laboratory. Also there is a miscommunication between Dr Concepcion and other Doctors .

Saved my life 2 years ago. Great doctor explained everything along the way. Caring and compassionate. Yes he sometimes is late to office hours, but if people took a minute to understand why this is, maybe they would be more understanding. Dr. Concepcion is not just an "office" doctor. He is on call at several hospitals to perform emergency PCI procedures to save peoples lives. Just like he did for me in 2017. Since then I have considered myself lucky to have gotten him to do my procedure. He has been nothing but great. So some of the reviewers here need to take a moment and understand how things work rather than just post negative reviews because they had to wait a bit to see him. This man is out there saving lives and I understand and appreciate that!

I was lucky enough to have Dr Concepcion on duty to Save my life this past June. I had a widow maker and he did my catheterization along with all my follow up work. He is a very good dr and well respected by the other team members he works with.
