I had appointment to see him at the Coral Gables office. The staff was friendly and did not wait long. Had a routine colon test done.

My husband have the appoinment al 11.40 pm now is 1 pm..Dr Gonzales isnt here the nurse practitioner doesnt show..terrible receptionist very bad in all ways

Dr González is a good dr for my bad luck he did not show interest in helping me with my condition Just gave me medications for the rest of my life No special test no nothing And It was so hard for me to be seeing by Dr. González it was always his assistant I did not went to his office for his assistant who is not a doctor and on top of that unprofessional mean and does not want the patient to ask questions My experience so many time Several times I made appointments in Coral Gables with dr. González when I got there The surprise again he can not see you he is taking care of another patients Really? What was I? I also made appointments in Hialeah office beacuse they guaranteed that I was going to see Dr. González twice when I got there he was doing procedures The practioner was going to see me Really? Once again And she does not like to answer questions One day Dr. González called me left a message when I went to the office in Coral Gables and saw his assistant she told me something completely different Dr. González and his assistant were talking completely different about my results Really? Not any more I went to see a new doctor and is a big difference Being a doctor is not making easy money with procedures is showing interest respect emphaty for you patients our health And on top of that some employees at Coral Gables with attitude disrespectful bad manners lack of empathy No thank you My health and I deserve more a lot more He is not the only gastroenterologist in Miami in the world Like my new doctor told His assistant does not know what is she talking about She is not a doctor

It is mandatory that they optimize the time in which the patient is received by the doctor today he was received by THE ASSISTANT not even the doctor after a wait of 4 long hours ... What a lack of respect on the part of Doctor González

i called to make an appointment the woman who picks up is arrogant and rude and starts speaking in spanish assuming i do also and placed me on hold right away. i will never recommend anyone come here if they only speak spanish put that on your website.

I recently acquired a Marketplace ACA insurance with Molina. They assure i have the right to a general checkup and a colonoscopy. After doing the check up blood urine and normal procedure the dr recommended a colonoscopy. I chose Dr Jeff Gonzalez practice with whom I was treated 6 or 7 years before. One day before the procedure scheduled two weeks in advance someone called to inform that there will be a charge exceeding $630. THIS IS UNLAWFUL AND ABUSIVE we must stop treating patiences as business opportunities the procedure is preventive and must be honored. PS I spoke with Laura on the Drs Office and she insisted to collect for this preventive procedure included on the Medical plan. Sad.

Ive been here twice and with appointment and Dr leaves dont care about his other appointments. Forced to see the Nurse Practitioner.🤬Never late for my appointments yet if you dont confirm they can charge you for not canceling a fee.??? Ridiculous. I should charge the doctor for not complying with his appointment. I asked was their an em emergency and no one answered.

Dr. Gonzalez is an excellent doctor but the process of getting to see him is extremely flawed. I stood in a waiting room where there were 30 people to see I dont know how many doctors because the staff is rude. After standing for an hour and a total of three people being called and I was still standing I asked what was my status and the staff had no idea. There was one person in the front and the office was super busy. I left without seeing the doctor I could not stand waiting for the unknown. Very Disappointed I really like Dr. Gonzalez.

After 2 hours of waiting I was rushed in and seen by a nurse practitioner who was clueless as to my medical history and file. Seems I was scheduled on a day the dr had procedures but was never told. Ive always liked Dr Gonzalez but was extremely disappointed Basically paid and left. Wasted day and money.
