Dr Kertznus saw me during an emergency with a Colitis problem he saw me with in a day of me calling with the emergency. Put my problem under control and was very kind and diligent to try to help me to put my problem under control. Very grateful to him and the staff in Hialeah.

i have to say that these is Doctor i been since i live in Miami the time he works with its amazing caring abd dedicated to me as a patient... i had an emergency and they saw me the sane day and did all my work the work with my ibsurebce and the doctor gave me my result write away with out too much Bs like the do here.... he was fantastic and profesional i super recommended fir any gastric issue thank you dr Joel and the Hialeah service of endoscopy

Soy paciente de Digestive Medicine for many years I was first seen by Dr. Padilla and was diagnosed with Crohns Disease and was referred to Dr. Kertznus. He’s been my life saver and would not change him for the world. He has my disease under control since 2012 and haven’t had a relapse. God bless him

I have been seating for 2 hours waiting to get my endoscopy results and no explanations why is taking so long. Im very disappointed with the staff also that walk by the patients without giving any explanation.

My mom an adult woman was at this office 1 week ago. She was insulted by reception when she didn’t have the $200 copay ready Insurance told her that it was covered. She was later insulted again with choice words by Dr. Kertznus. Too bad I wasn’t there to protect her. Patients you have been warned The words that were used by this so called Dr. should never be said to a patient. Patients you have been warned
