Mi experiencia en el lugar ha sido Exelente tanto con el Dr JorgeCastañeda como el.personal de la clínica. Lo recomiendo. Gracias a todo el equipo muy organizados ye higiene.

Soy una venezolana que fui a EEUU por 2 semanas y me quedé atrapada por la pandemia.Me enfermé sentía que tenía un problema gástrico.Y por mala suerte cai en manos del Dr Jorge D. Castañeda Gastroenterólogo considero que fue poco profesional con mi grave estado de salud. Mi primera cita fue 07062020Le indiqué mis síntomas y fue incapaz de darme un buen diagnóstico. Insistió que era mi vesicula. Me indico hacerme un ultrasonido abdominal y en 12 días me dio resultado. Me dijo no es vesicula.El día 11 de septiembre me hizo una endoscopía y me dijo tienes gastritis. Ven en 12 días y te doy el resultado de la biopsia.Sin importar lo grave que me sentía cuando vuelvo a buscar los resultados me dice tienes Helicobacter Pylori. Perfecto me receto antibióticos.Yo haciéndome el tratamiento me sentia mal termine mi tratamiento y me seguía sintiendo mal. Lo llame y lo único que sabía recetarme era protector gástrico.Dr. Jorge D. Castañeda si lee esto. Entérese que ya llegue a Venezuela y me examino un Gastroenterólogo de verdad un profesional de alto nivel que si se preocupa por sus pacientes.Usted con sus años de supuesta experiencia no fue capaz de darse cuenta que mi otro problema de salud lo que me tenía mal era un problema de PARASITOS Si un parásito llamado GIARDIA.Gracias al Dr aquí en caracas Venezuela me recomendó un desparasitante ya me siento bien. Y me receto otro medicamento que me quitó el dolor en el pecho a causa de los gases reflujo y los eructos Y por fin ya vivo en paz sin sufrimiento.Dr Castañeda con usted perdí dinero porque no tenía póliza perdí mi tiempo y no me quito mi sufrimiento.YO NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Para mi el doctor Castañeda es muy buen doctor hoy tuve cita con el y se sentó a explicarme con paciencia todo lo referente a mi diagnóstico lo que hace la diferencia entre otros doctores que andan siempre corriendo vayan con el con toda confianza no solamente en el dia de hoy fue que me trató con amabilidad y paciencia eso es siempre no duden en tratarse con el que no se van a arrepentir.

I had an appointment at 400 and never received a call. By 500 I had been on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to speak to someone and they told me “a 400 appointment doesn’t mean a 400 appointment. He’ll call you whenever he’s able.” What does that even mean??? So by 600 after waiting TWO HOURS I call and they’re closed. The after hours service told me there’s no way to contact the doctor. I went to the office the next day and Dr Castaneda luckily remedied the situation but I am unhappy with the staff that were responsible for me never receiving my call.

I have been a patient of Dr. Castańedafor many years. I have to say he is a greatdoctor and they are a friendly staff. HOWEVER my recent experience has not been satisfactory. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours for a follow up appointment. At that point decided to leave without the doctors evaluation. The Nurse practitioner called and did a phone consultation for my colonoscopy results. Getting a referral order for a CT Scan was a DISASTER. Overall they DONT HAVE it together and patients time is definitely not a concern.

Dr. Castañeda is been my Dr. For many years and I strongly recommend him. He is professional have the patience to listen and to find the right answer and find the help to my condition that I need it. Because of the insurance changes I couldnt go to him for 3 years now I am so happy he is in the network and I am looking forward to my appointment.

This was my first and last visit. What a waste of MY time. My appointment was at 930am. Arrived at 850am got my vitals checked at 1030am and then got checked by a nurse doctors assistance at 1115am. Three hours to get a 5 min consultation in total. Also I NEVER met the Doctor which I requested an appointment for. My intentions was to be checked by a specialist to revise my symptoms not a doctors assistant. It is disrespectful to anyone who has an appointment to be checked two hours late. I guess they dont care. Very disappointed.

Dr. Castaneda is the best he is very attentive and knows his job.

Very good doctor very patient very knowledgeable listens to everything and is always willing to help. Very recommended
