Had appointment at 230 pm left at 500 pm without seeing the doctor. 12 patients in the waiting room .Every time a patient asked when they would be seen the answer was he was performing a procedure colonoscopy. The last patient to go in at 430 pm had been there since 12 pm. Asked for administration and the girl smiled at me. Would not recommend him.

Overbooked does not throughly review information and is rude.

Es increíble la poca ética que tiene este doctorllevo más de un mes esperando un refill de un medicamentollamó todos los días y contestan operadoras bien maleducadas y supuestamente le dan los mensajes al doctorsiempre atiende es la Nurse Practitioner Nayletporque el dr siempre esta en cirugías supuestamentees una falta de seriedad con los pacientes y además de eso siempre me confunden con otra paciente que se llama igual que yo y cumple años el mismo día míoes tanto así que me han enviado resultados de exámenes de ella a mi y muchas cosas por el estilo.No lo recomiendo a nadie hay que esperar mucho tiempo para q lo atiendan y pagar parqueaderolo peor

Dr Martinez is extremely rude. He belittled me every time we speak. He talks down to me shouts and talks over me. He is sarcastic and makes guesses about my behavior an rationale. He has no compassion and thinks he knows it all. When I call him I’m scared because of how he is going to speak with me. I called for a refill of my blood pressure meds and didn’t realize the following day was a holiday. He told me to go and find a dr that would prescribe my meds for me as I told him I wasn’t Sure if they were open. Honestly every experience is an awful one and very stressful. Front office is great but he is simply the rudest DR I’ve ever met. Extremely nasty w no table manners. I have no idea why he thinks he could speak to me in such a rude dismissive way.

First appointment visit scheduled for 1230 noon. It is now 207 p.m. and I am STILL waiting to be seen by the specialist. First and definitely the LAST time ever coming here. Save you copay and definitely your time.

el dr nunca esta te atiende la asistente. el tiempo de espera horrible mi appoinment was at 1115am y llevo dos horas y no me han llamado es la 105pm y todavia esperando. no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

The Dr did not even see me it was the ARNP. I was told and had already paid my copays until I was inside and sitting in the room wthe nurse. This is having no respect to the patient they just see you as an income that is coming to their office. Did not even asked for my scriptreferral. This place is a joke. They are to be ashamed to call themselves a medical office.

At first he didn’t even see me who saw me was his assistant. She was not good at all. She had an attitude first time I saw them and diagnosed me with IBS without even examining me. After I persisted and cried because I have been with pain for 2 years he did colonoscopy and was 100 percent sure I have IBS even though I have a million other symptoms he didn’t further investigate as he is one of those doctors that is 100 percent sure of everything and they think they are gods. I’m still in pain and with no help. Definitely going to another gastro.

Doctor wont see you only the nurse.

As a first time patient I was expecting to see the doctor during my consult but he never entered the room.
