Jose N. Gonzalez's Online Review Report Card

If you want to spend your entire day waiting to be seen this is the place you always have to wait anywhere from 4 to 6 hours to be seen (actual time not exaggerating). When you call they hardly respond. The Doctor is good but the wait is ridiculous.

Dr. Jose N. Gonzalez is the Crme de la Crme, what I can say he is an OUTSTANDING Dr. I have entrusted him with my whole family. Dr. Gonzalez actually cares about his patients as well as his staff they do an outstanding job. All that I could say is that he is like the best bottle of Louis Roederer (CHAMPAGNE), simply the best.

I understand that sometimes you are going to be running a bit late. It happens. But I have two problems with the wait time at this office. 1. Nobody even came out to say, "hey, we're running late and apologize for the wait.? 2. The wait was at 1:30 hours and counting... That's just excessive. And I'm telling you. Not even a comment from the staff. As if, this is how it is and you need to deal with it. After waiting for an hour and a half and speaking to nobody about the wait... and seeing there there were still a couple of people who were there before me who had not been called you, I realized that I might be there for 2 or more hours with no explanation. Finally I went to the front desk and asked for my documents. The lady asked,"Are you leaving?" To which I responded. "Yes. I'm a first time patient, hoping to start a new relationship with a doctor who is 2 blocks from my house. I'm coming here for that convenience, but if this is your standard wait, then I want nothing to do with this office." As I was saying that, a couple of older patients looked at me as if to say, yup, that's how it is here. I finished by saying, you people have absolutely no respect for a person's time. I have a business to run and a ton of work to do. I got here at 10:20am for a 10:30 apt and it's 12pm and I have not gotten so much as an "oops" from anyone here. That was my experience. So I can't tell you how the doctor was. He might be great, but I'll never know.

Dr. Gonzalez is a caring, warm and excellent doctor. He treated my Mother up until the time she left us. And he's been my family doctor for a long time. I've been blessed with such a trustworthy and competent professional. But most of all for being such a dedicated human being. He puts his heart and best interest in his patients' well being.I'm lucky to have him.
