I only go for Dr. De La Torre because this office staff is truly the worst. They put you on hold for the longest time they do not even do their job. Very unprofessional office staff.

Besides Dr. Marquez and Dr. Jeanette de la Torre, I keep going back for the support I receive from the front desk from people such as Tatiana Morera. She is a tireless helper with all the referrals and insurance issues. Best people make the best place

I open the waiting room door today and the young lady at the front desk looks up from her phone, then looks back down immediately. She was not on a call and there was NOBODY in the waiting room. I politely say excuse me twice. She doesn't bother to look at me or acknowledge my existence. I say it a third time and she looks up at me which confirms she saw and heard me and decided to ignore me. If you can't treat me like a human being when I come to your establishment, you do not deserve my business. Never coming back here again. Too bad the doctor has someone like that as the first point of contact at their office.

My wife and I have a bit of a language barrier and Dr. Marquez has been her primary for years. Office staff always very helpful sorting things out for us as we worked to get testing and clearances for surgery in a Broward hospital. I really appreciate all they did for us.
