Marco Nova's Online Review Report Card

I called before getting my appointment and they told me they accepted my insurance, then i went to this place and they took my information including my insurance card and everything was perfect BUT when i came for my second appointment they told me I had to PAY $65 for each appointment bescuse they didn’t accept my insurance and we i asked “ I have to pay because you made a mistake and didnt realized you dont take my insurance” her answer was “yes” and i could not get my result without paying WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Clean place, nice people, good service

My mother in law was trying to get appointment for the first time as New patients, since I used to be patients back in the day. But customers service makes good doctors look bad. My mother in law call more than 5 times until the answer the lady didn't even let her speak try end the call twice. Just final answer call tomorrow. By having customers service on that manner you gone loses many new patients

This is absolutely with no doubt my favorite health place to go. I love Dr. Nova. I visit him for years and always has recommended me the right treatment for me. The nurses are friendly and professionals. Dr. Nova and the staff do take serious our well-being. I always mention him to my friends, family and so. I would highly recommend people to attend their health concerns to him and the staff. 😊❤️

so far so good but you need to catch up in technology have a place online where i can see records and appointments and provide a way to provide you with past medical records that it is not through fax like its 1990

Lamento tener que redactar esta queja pero lamentablemente he tenido que llamar a la clínica en tres ocasiones porque los medicamentos que me recetaron no están en farmacia y no veo solución del problema porque en la farmacia que compro mis medicamentos para la presión no tienen información y dice la señora de la clínica que ella los coloco en realidad no sé a quien creerle porque en farmacia me dicen qué tienen tres formas de enviar la orden

Dr Nova is a great Dr. has been my Dr. for at least 14 years.

Los Doutores son profesionales y mui atenciosos. Las enfermeras son amables, clínica mui moderna y limpia . Tengo amigos que también son pacientes. Amamos esse cuidado. Muchas Gracias

If you speak spanish, you might like it more than me but I did not have a good experience. Receptionists were barely responsive in English and I didn't get a friendly feeling. Went for a general check up, got there 15 minutes early, waited over an hour and then was told I couldn't get a check up and instead they briefly spoke to me about my other concerns. A whole lot of time and copay for nothing.

Fui hace unas semanas el doctor súper lo malo fue que tienen a una persona que saca sangre sin profesionalismo no pudo sacar me la sangre y sin tratar o tener a otra persona que lo pueda hacer solo me dijo ven otro día ya que no puedo sacarlo y yo digo habla tan facil como si tuviera el tiempo del mundo para regresar cuando quiera
