The customer service is five stars, the doctors are splendid, as are their employees. I have never felt so safe and in such good hands and it doesn't matter the language. I was seen on September 28th, 2023. Unfortunately the system was down and I had to pay $50 but the gentleman and the front desk said once the computers are back up they will charge the insurance and the refund will be automatically placed back into my account. So today October 9th, 2023 I find out that the insurance did in fact pay on the same day of service yet no refund. IT WAS A LIE. You have to submit a written statement with a letter in order to receive a refund and IF you get a refund it will be sent as a check to the address on file. So if you go to this specific MD NOW and the system is down just know that they will get paid twice and you’ll be stuck running around getting written statements and writing letters in order to receive that money back.
