The staff at this office are extremely irresponsible and dishonest. I made an appointment to follow up on a miscarriage complication I had on a Friday for one week follow up. Scheduled for 430pm via Zocdoc the following Friday and the staff called me at 3pm to tell me they are canceling and rescheduling for the following Monday due to a "double booking" I told them to cancel the other patient that I will be showing up to my appointment as I already made arrangements with my job, then the next receptionist stated that no one would be there to see me if i showed up and to "go to the hospital if I needed to" . After I called them out on their lie, they got upset and put me on hold for over 10 minutes when I asked to speak to the person in charge. Natasha and Abigail decided that they wanted to leave early Friday and canceled an appointment that was important for me to have. I will not bother going here due to the staffs lack of concern of a patients health just because they wanted to start their weekend early. I will be reporting this office to as many sites as I possibly can because this is blatant medical neglection and if a doctor has people like this running their schedule they should be terminated immediately.

Pésimo servicio, pésima atención,a mi mamá le deben todavía un dinero,y llevan más de 2 meses y no le pagan, mala administración, solo depende de la sra Natacha y si ella no está, simplemente nada avanza, que administración tan mediocre y pésimo servicio, no vayan a ese sitio, alerta no vayan

incompetent receptionists. constantly have to hold 10 min +. have to call 4 times to confirm my wife's prescription.

With the exception of 2 staff members and Dr Martinez, the staff is horrible. Has no regard for patients care. Staff is not service oriented and not to mention liars. Had a horrible experience and was dismissed in the mist of a pending medical procedure. Utterly irresponsible with no compassion or regard for patient safety or health.

I was treated awfully. I felt completely unheard and neglected. I SAW THE BAD REVIEWS BEFORE BUT CHOSE TO LISTEN TO THE FEW GOOD REVIEWS. I had an appointment Friday the 19th. I got a call the 18th to confirm my appointment and she asked if I wanted to come in earlier I said I could not because I am already leaving work 2 hours early to attend my appointment at 4, she said okay no problem. On the 19th I left work early and made arrangements to get there at our scheduled time. I arrive at this exact address, suite 304. I GET THERE AND NO ONE WAS THERE. I knocked loudly several times, called them repeatedly (straight to answering machine) and I even visited the neighbor office and the kind woman tried helping me get ahold of them.. with no no success. I called them the following business day to ask what happened and the "office manager" (or so she claimed to be) answered the phone and was so rude and kept discrediting my experience saying that I must have showed up at 5 not 4... I assured her that I had been planning and arranging for a week to be there at 4pm and i was absolutely there, I even even there earlier. She just kept saying that I must have gotten there at 5, even though I kept assuring her I was there at 4. She said that her computer shows that's there was one person working there that day at that time and that I must have gone to the wrong place or gotten there late.. i read her her address I went to and it was correct.. it even said the doctors full name on the door for goodness sake. Besides, your computer says 1 person was there BUT I LIVED THE EXPERIENCE, I WAS ACTUALLY THERE.. YOU ARE JUST READING A SCREEN.. She kept being completely absurdly rude and coming up with reason as to why it was my fault and iiiiii made the mistake..Trying to discredit everything I would say. I said it once but I wanna emphasize- I felt completely unheard and neglected. PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN EARLY PREGNANCY AND ARE LOOKING FOR OPTIONS FAST.. they played with my crucial time and took no responsibility. It felt like I was trying so hard to help the woman I spoke to understand that this is very UNPROFESSIONAL of them but it was like she wasn't really hearing me and JUST DIDNT WANNA DEAL WITH THE SITUATION.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Me hicieron un procedimiento y se perdió la muestra. Estuve esperando casi dos meses por una llamada y no me llamaron, no les intereso. Fui yo la que en todo momento se estuvo comunicando con ellos hasta que al fin se comunicaron conmigo sin ningún resultado, además de cobrarme por el procedimiento $526 dólares cuando mi seguro le había pagado por el examen y mi responsabilidad era de solo 15 dólares. Después de dos meses y porque yo me presenté en la oficina me reembolsaron mi dinero. De no ser así jamás me lo hubieran devuelto porque a mi seguro médico le mandaron la notificación que me habían cobrado un copago de $15 dólares. Revisen siempre con su seguro médico.

The office was amazing!!!! Doctor Martinez is so helpful and spent so much time explaining everything to me. The surgery went great because of him. The nurse practitioner did a great job helping me in the office and getting me ready for surgery. She made sure I understood everything and was ready. The manager worked so hard to help get my surgery schedule quickly and was great to me.

Es terrible...no se lo recomiendo a nadie por favor si no quieren pasar un mal momento en su vida no escojan este medico...es el medico que le interesa mas su dinero que la su salud...hullanle que estan a tiempo.
