Mi review no va para los doctores ni siquiera los pude conocer. Pero esa clinica deberian de despedir todo el personal de atencion al cliente inepto que tienen. Yo era primera paciente y llame muchas veces y siempre me salia la contestadora y el unico dia que me contestaron me pusieron en espera para buscar una cita y me dejaron tanto tiempo en la linea que el telefono solo volvio hacer la llamada y ni me contestaron. Esos pobres doctores que trabajan ahi se veran afectados con pacientes nuevos o incluso pacientes viejos por el mal servicio que dan con las llamadas las ignorantes esas que trabajan ahi.

Great doctor

Wait time is extraordinary. Granted we normally wait some time at a doctors office but anything over an hour is a waste of time. Staff doesn’t know why you are coming in. (Based on phone calls received). Too many patients / too little doctors and staff. Try reaching them by phone - 7 mins average wait. You can be an amazing doctor but there are other doctors who are equally amazing and make proper scheduling times.

She is an excellent doctor and makes you feel very comfortable from the first time !!

Tengo 10 años yendo a ginecólogos en este país y ha sido la experiencia más frustrante porque vengo de Venezuela donde uno estaba acostumbrado a una examinación súper completa y amable, cosa que aquí en USA es muy difícil de encontrar hasta hoy que estuve con la Dra. Tudela que, aunque los exámenes igual no fueron profundos porque quí todo es así, al menos respondió todas mis dudas y fue súper clara y amable al igual que todo su personal. Espero poder repetir con ella!!!

I’m a first time mom. When I found out I was pregnant I wanted a female ob-gyn to deliver my baby. I know it sounds stupid I just feel more comfortable with my body around woman. After going through the list of doctors my insurance, I went based of off what reviews I could find and saw that Dr. Olga Tudella had some nice comments. I think the only bad reviews I saw was the fact people had to wait for their appointment? I work for a medical office and I just want to say anywhere you go, you’re going to have a wait regardless of your appointment time. Things happen. I’ll wait for hours to see a great doctor, I don’t care how lonng. When I schedule an appointment I make sure to keep that appointment as my main priority, so when I have to wait, I’m not on a time crunch because my health is very important to me and so is seeing an amazing qualified OB. Now that being said I’ve never waited longer than 30 minutes which only happened on a rare occasion, and even when I was on a Time crunch (worked through my whole pregnancy) the receptionist and staff did their very best at trying to get me in ASAP. Now for Dr. Olga Tudella, I’m so glad she was my OB. Everytime I had a concern she was very good at calming my nerves. I felt very comfortable talking to her about anything and she had all the answers to any questions I had. She was very on top of my pregnancy. When it came time to reliever she gave me my options. I wanted a natural birth but my baby was WAY too large which resulted in a painless csection. Dr. Tudella talked to me the entire time and made me feel safe. The second I heard my baby cry I was so happy, she was totally right.We had a healthy baby girl. She checked on me while I was in the hospital multiple times. Her staff was very friendly and even congratulated me on the birth of our new child. They have always worked with my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Olga Tudella if you’re looking for a wonderful doctor and staff.

Love her! She always gives her time to see her patients and answer all their questions, and tries to gives them solutions to whatever they are concerned with! She delivered my baby and she was perfect! THANK YOU!
