Cheap. Couldn’t even make it into appt. They require masks and I’m accustomed to facilities providing them. Since I didn’t have one on hand they told me to go to another hospital to get one then come back to the clinic.

Perdí mi tiempo me realizó algunos exámenes y al final no fue lo que esperaba ni me man de o ningún tratamiento para la sinusitis y del oído que resolviera con aparatos cuando hay otras técnicas pero el no estaba para eso estuve más tiempo con la enfermera que con el no lo recomiendo para nada muy mala experiencia

0 stars to the front desk staff... they are very low class starting with the assistant manager (the Mgr was out for lunch at 4pm). they wanted to charge me $200 because THEY were not diligent enough to verify my insurance ahead of time even though I submitted such information last week via app. HORRIBLE PATIENT attention. They should work in a place where there is no contact with the public. A skinny black long hair Colombian told me that If I was feeling so bad why I didn't go to the emergency room instead.....I will seek compensation if necessary for delaying medical attention since my appointment was scheduled..Señores si Desean ser maltratados por el staff de la oficina vallan a este lugar. los reviews que habia leido pensaban no eran ciertos pero si lo son. esas mujeres del front desk TODAS tienen una competencia de quien trata peor a la gente. son unas mal educadas inclusive me dijeron que si me sentia tan mal porque no hiba a Sala de emergencias. No verificaron mi seguro medico con anticipacion y pretendian que les pagara $200 por su incompetencia cuando les someti el seguro la semana pasada por medio del app luego de varios correos. es un asco de lugar.
