Hello, and god bless you all, I been coming here for years, and I dont have any issues with no one, Doctor Alonso very courteous, kind, respectful and professional, the nurses sweet, kind and professional too, and the front desk Amparo very kind, very professional, i truly recommend this practice.

my name is Juan Valdivia I went for catheterization due to research done on 2016 my blood pressure was very unstable and a nuclear test gave a false positive therefor I was submitted to a catheterization due to the fact that I also need it a hip replacement my blood pressure went back to normal and happily my hip replacement was done without complication thanks to DR Raul Alonzo

Dr Alonso has been my cardiologist since 2008 love this man for all his actions and generosity

Dr. Alonso was friendly and professional. However, their billing office is atrocious. They enjoy milking the insurance companies, even for filing paperwork on a date that the patient does even have a visit. Shady and unethical on behalf of the billing department. Please be advised that you might get a ridiculous bill 6 months or more after your last visit, for "coinsurance".

Horrible customer service. I have never had to leave a review for any Dr office. I work in medical field and know what it takes to speak to a patient in need. I am a cancer patient and Maria office manager stated that my health was an inconvenience to them and their schedule. Medical clearance for a surgery is not just any regular visit. For a patient who is under stress no one in the office nor Dr were professional enough to handle the situation. I discharged myself and will never refer anyone.Front desk had an attitude so I asked for office manager. Maria the office manager came and said my health was an inconvenience to their schedule. As if I wanted to be seen for fun. I need surgery in a week and if my EKG wasn’t sufficient, how is it my fault that an echo was needed in such short timing. I was never aggressive nor did I threaten them. I asked for their names to make my review and they denied. I found out the office managers name which is Maria because she decided to call 911 and say I was disruptive since I decided to stand not sit in the waiting room as I requested to speak to the Dr to give him my complaints. As it is she only called to scare me because she told them there was no need to come. I took video of the whole thing just in case, because that’s how bad it was that I needed something to prove that I was not at all aggressive.Dr. Raul Alonso never came to see what was wrong. None of them are professional enough to handle such situation. They have no regards to one’s health and the damage done. As I left the office both Maria and the Dr. came behind me and entered the elevator. I told the Dr how upset I was and that I would be leaving a review and he had no words other than to do what I had to do.

The staff specially AMPARO has no clue on how to treat patients i am a manager of a busy hospital and i know how you supposed to treat a patient .this lady scream at me over the phone because of a mistake she made on my appointment i was trying to explained what she told me on the last visit and she wouldn't let me explained to her she also told me to shut up and when i said i was going to report her she said you can do whatever you want and report me with dr alonso if you want ..very nasty old lady she really needs to retire . my entire family goes there and they have the same opinion about her they only go because of the Dr..

The staff is very rude the front lady Amparo has no manners she is the worse treating the patients really bad very disorganized office they don’t return calls don’t go to that office the worse
