List of Robert Ansara's Reviews
Made a follow up appointment with Dr. Ansara back in March 2023 for October 27. 3 days prior to the appointment I get a phone call to cancel my appointment without any reason. The voice mail message they left asked me to call back if I am ready to join MDVIP (nice way to put pressure 3 days prior to your appointment). After I called Holly Cross Medical Group I was told that Dr. Ansara only see patients with MDVIP membership. I have been 'harassed' by Dr. Ansara and the MDVIP over the past couple of months to join this concept but at no time was it mentioned that without a MDVIP I was out of a Primary Care Provider. Obviously patients don't come first in this practice.
I just called as a New patient for Dr. Robert Ansara and the staff told me he's not accepting new patients at this time. That's weird! Just beware existing patients, maybe there's something wrong with him
Great doctor, very helpful and patient. The all office is very friendly and professional.
Never visited this doctor and yet they keep on still texting me.
I was in a car accident. It was at the time when they were transitioning to concierge. Doctors would not refer me to a doctor. The doctor they assign never showed up ended up in the ER. Had to go to had to go to MD now for treatment. My brother was dying at this point so severely stress hassling with these people was not fun constant back-and-forth with the staff my brother died and I can’t replace the time I lost with him because of Doctor wasting my time they kept pushing concierge doctors emails letters phone calls because you have two cell phones. Does it make you a better doctor I wish you the same thing you brought on my family
We didn’t meet or have a office visit
Dr. Ansara is switching to Concierge service and wants you to pay alomst $2k per year to be his Dr. There are many other Dr.'s just as good or better that do not require this.
I love Dr. Ansara , he takes his time and actually talks with you. I have been a patient since 2015 or earlier.
The office staff can be very difficult to work with. When I call I wait at least 30 minutes on hold waiting to be helped. Now I'm being told by the doctor he will no longer be my doctor unless I pay a $2,000 a year membership fee.
Well, I haven’t seen my doctor for 12 months, I discovered that they were moved. After 35 minutes looking for their new location finally I arrived. (Google was giving two different address) They were only four people front of me. I walked to the receptionist I said I would like to see my doctor, she said he’s on holiday, I said it doesn’t matter, I can see any doctor, she said you can’t you have to make an appointment, furthermore she said the earliest time they can see me Feb 28th WOW!!! I said I’m coughing need someone to check my chest and write a prescription that’s all. She said go to the emergency or MD. I said you kidding me!! She said we can’t help you. I walked away. How on earth anyone can wait 60 days to see an doctor 😡 There was a MD closed by, when I walked in they were 21 people front of me. Walked out and I went back home. My previous doctor was calling every three months and I have regular checkups every 6 months. Since I joined this location, no one called me ones. I’m 65+ they don’t care less, my dog has a better chance seeing a doctor. Unbelievable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
