The Holiday office is amazing. They were recommended by a friend and I wouldn't go anywhere else. After two shoulder surgeries within a few months, the staff understood my frustrations and continued to give encouraging support. They understand the frustration and anxiety of those of us that need them. Everyone is knowledgeable and compassionate.

My experience with Cora Holiday has really been life changing. Bill, Maleri and the office staff are amazing. Everyone I worked with were very professional. Ive personally recommended them to friends, and I genuinely recommend them to anyone looking for a great Tampa Bay Physical Therapy clinic.

I go to the one in Holiday and it is by far the best therapy I have ever had. The people that work there make it a fun place to be they are very professional

Absolutely horrid. They canceled an appointment without notifying me. So I'm sitting there in their facility waiting for my turn and after about 25 minutes somebody walks up to me and says yes I'm sorry but we had to cancel your appointment. Now I'm worried about cancellation fees because nobody notified me and they wouldn't give me any kind of documentation to demonstrate that I had actually been there. I take a picture of the sign in sheet to prove that I had been there and the manager screams at me about HIPAA as though I'm responsible for protecting confidential patient information. So I walked out and she's still screaming at me that I have to delete it she's calling the police...what a bunch of maniacs and losers I ended up in more pain from the visits than I did have then when I started. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Select Physical therapy in regards to another workplace injury. They kept trying to send me to Cora and I explained to them I can't go back to Cora. If you can avoid that place you should too.

Be sure to pay with a check or credit card. I was required to pay every time before I started therapy. Several times I paid cash. 8/13/21 was my last visit. On 4/4/22 I received a bill for $30 claiming that I did not pay my $10 copay on 3 dates. I explained to their billing department that I was required to pay my copay prior to receiving any therapy. They did not care that that was their policy.

I hurt my shoulder at the gym and chose CORA based off a friend’s recommendation. Every single staff member (Jessica, Liz, Kelsie, Maleri, Pete, and Bill) we’re outstanding. I continue to feel better every day and appreciate the amount of time and energy each therapist spends with me. Huge shout out to the clinic manager, Bill, who’s made a point to check in on me at every session!

The staff at Cora is awesome. They work with you to achieve all your PT goals. They are very attentive to your needs. The scheduling is very flexible.
