Walking into the Holiday Surgical Center, I immediately noticed it was clean, pleasant and professional. The staff from the front desk to the discharge nurse worked as a team to make my husband and me comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Heath explained what was happening and answered all questions. I highly recommend this Best Practice team.

Old dirty structure. Looks like a bingo hall. Sean Wall office manager behaves like a bar bouncer. 8 months since surgery. Still limited sight near and far. Did not know she put stitches in my left cornea to hold new lens til after surgery. Had left cataract repaired. Worse than before surgery

This practice is outrageously expensive. All I needed was an annual eye exam and a Rx for eye drops because an over the counter product threw off my eyes and their dryness.. it is correctable it happens to me about every 4 years then goes away with Rx drops. My previous eye doctor in S Tampa, where I used to live would have been $79. Dr. Heath's practice charged my health insurance which I don't even know if they will cover , 4x as much. I asked for Rx for my eyes, she just gave me the same as my S Tampa eye doctor, even though I asked for something different.. then she didn't even have the proper coupon to give the patient to reduce the drug from $250 to $35. Every eye doc has this coupon! She didn't care. My annual felt incomplete, not thorough at all and performed by some other technician not Dr. Heath. I suggest you move on and choose another eye doctor. I was beyond disappointed.

I just came from Dr. Heath and she is the most professional, warm and knowledgeable doctor I have encountered in Florida. I highly recommend her and her staff - all highly efficient and welcoming. - and appointment was right on schedule - no waiting!

cataract surgery was disappointing ... one eye was corrected and elevated my distance vision, being i am very near-sighted. But the other eye did not produce improvement in distance vision, so i have "blended" vision ... which is not bad, but unexpected. After cataract surgery, most of my friends do not wear any corrected lenses ... but to see correctly for distance, which is essential for driving ... i am back to wearing eyeglasses. Dr and staff maintain my cornea is adjusting from years of contact lenses wear, and my eyes are elongated. As nice and professional their office is ... my overall results were a disappointment. If they knew of my contact lens wear, perhaps my surgery could have been postponed. I'll never know...?

I had conjunctivitis during a pandemic, and Dr. Heath informed me that she was NOT ALLOWED to prescribe a medicine I knew would work. I spent over a week with intense itchy eyes at a time where touching your face could be deadly. To leave someone in that situation at that time is unacceptable.

This doctor runs a tight ship and is an excellent surgen. They do everything right! You will be impressed as i was. Cant say enough good things about her!

Great staff, great doctor. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else.
