The staff is very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. De La Cruz is very patient and knowledgeable and really listens and care about his patients. I am really happy and blessed to have found his practice.

Dr. Dr la Cruz is a good listener, a confident presence and he inspires trust. He encourages patient education, explains everything and has patients repeat instructions for clarity. He's proactive with treatment and mindful of family member's feelings and circumstances. The staff is always friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. Dr. De la Cruz is smart and patient and we believe he and his staff have shown our family the same level of care they would show their own. In short, we think he's a wonderful doctor and a kind and generous person and we highly recommend him.

Don't even try! Kept me on hold for 20 mins, hung up on me. I called back assuming it was on my end. They sent me to voice mail after 30 seconds so clearly they just got tired of me being on hold. Imagine how I felt.
