The office manager spoke to me in such a tone.. Like - well, what do you need ... why are you calling here .. After such an attitude of an office worker, it’s even scary for me to imagine what kind of doctor he is. No, thanks for the terrible attitude, I won't go there, that's for sure.

Dr. Patel is caring Doctor...he listens to your issues and he lets you ask questions and gives answers to your questions. Have bee a patient of his for several years and his office staff are excellent and caring staff.

DONT COME HERE. Find another place!

I was seeing Dr Patel for over 20 yrs. When I needed actual medical care, i.e. CANCER, his office would not seek out issue or send me to a specialist. He also decided not to handle my pain, which he had done for the entire time I went there. His office sent me to pain management. The place he sent me to went through doctors like changing underwear. Very poor medical care. Office staff, Karen, is rude and obnoxious. She actually YELLED at me. Would definitely NOT go there.

The Doctor, PA, and the staff are all great. Every visit the staff goes above and beyond to get me any and all information they have available. This is one of the few places I have been that I feel genuinely cared for.

My mom has this doctor as her primary doctor , she was having some pain called and spoke with secretary Diane and she sayed she would call back we are still waiting for the call back for 5days we took her to emergency rm. And still not call bk.

You go there they all greet you until they don’t provide you with a referral then they tell you your not welcome to come back their a bunch of lazy people there only care about money so if you value your health don’t go see this doctor their all about money my Mission is to have this place closed down don’t waste your time on this place not worth one star in my review please don’t go see this doctor if your Concerned about your health they could care less if you dye or live all they want is money

The receptionist plays doctor, I got into an argument over telling her that my business was patient doctor relationship, not for her to get involved and answer for the medical staff, find a different doctor , she is horrible and morally wrong patient relationship.

I still currently use them because of insurance, the woman that answers the phone receptionist is not some one to look after any issue you might, if I need a refill on something I ran out of she says I have to come back, she says we can't call that in, they prescribed wrong medication and I got capsule instead of pills , the different was the capsules were double the price , she did nothing to try to help, she has a horrible patient service relationship, I got sick diagnosed by an urgent care with covid, I called the dr for medical advice and she says we don't deal with that you have to go where they tested you, I said I went to an urgent care , they are my primary, and why is she answering for the dr, you would think your primary would have extensive knowledge to at least advice and help with symptoms , instead of saying the doctor will call back and try to help, it's like she blows me off completely and answers for the dr, just a horrible attitude that rubs me so wrong

Very poor. He's killing every patient. He isn't saving everyone's life He denied a Deaf patient a sign language interpreter. Money hunger!
