Highly recommend avoiding this office. They hold you hostage for getting a referral. By if you don’t go into see him no referral. Is that even legal?

Couldn't even make it past the condescending rudeness of the office staff in order to see the doctor. This place is a joke.

I have been a patient of Dr Patel for over 15 years. He has always diagnosed and treated my ailments with expertise and confidence. Because of this, I continue to place my trust and confidence in him. I recommend him to all.

I have been going there since Feb, 2023, i have so many issues, starting with them taking over 4 months to get my medical records. The dr telling me i don't have sleep apnea, then all of a sudden with no further testing he tells me i have it. The worst is going to end me up in the hospital, His staff didnt believe my pharmacy is out of my pain meds, i run out tomorrow night. I have called answering service twice and has not gotten a respond. 1st time about 4:30 pm yesterday, this am and still no response. Also he looked at my mri and back xray results and tried insinuating my back pain is not bad. he went as far as to say it doesnt mean anything that my results are worse than the last set of mris and xrays. I have showed results to a few drs in michigan including an orthopedic dr and I was told it was degenerative and i am only going to get worse. Not to mention the conflicting advice him and his office has been giving me for almost a week on my dehydration.

Dr. Patel is a true healer in every aspect. His technical expertise is first rate. While he does everything to quickly alleviate problems, he also works on eliminating the root cause. His emotional support and understanding is a unique gift. The specialists he recommends have all been excellent. His office support staff is equally competent and helpful. I was compelled to write this after reading the 2 negative reviews. Those people obviously have underlying issues unrelated to Dr. Patel's service. He's the best doctor I have ever known!

I have had Dr. Patel for almost 3 years and he has always treated me with care and kindness. I am never rushed and greeted warmly by both he and the Staff with every visit. He takes his time to listen and his chair side manner, ethics, and expertise are excellent and I am being well cared for!

Dr. Patel has let me down and disappointed me again and again in the time I have seen him. Rude conversation with peer, no answer for my chronic back pain, his response to severe pain in my feet-"buy new shoes", very hard to get my blood test results, 3 days of incompetence for new prescription, etc,etc,etc. No empathy, no rush,no hearing, suppositories & fatal drug for my food poisoning??, can't help my dizziness/loss of balance. I've fallen 6/7 times at home-nothing from Dr. Patel!!?? Time for new doctor.

Was angry. He was on the phone arguing with someone about his child. Rude angry unprofessional. Is this really happening??

not good. during this virus thing I asked if he could prescribe ten Xanax for me and was told I needed to come into the office. I am 78 years old and not about to go to a place that might infect me. having a hard time believing a responsible doctor would make that request.

As a snowbird resident I have found Dr. Patel and staff to be exceptionally qualified and professional. This is not a doctor who pushes you out for a couple of weeks and then send you for tests. He sends you for tests immediately to get to the issue at hand. My husband and I both see Dr. Patel and are pleased with his methods of getting to the root of the ailment. I strongly suggest if you are looking for a new doctor that you contact his office. The staff is friendly and professional and willing to help out where needed.
