My mother was saw Dr. Miller in the 1980s. I’ve been seeing him since the 1990s. He is a fantastic doctor. Unbelievable wonderful human being is one that actually cares…..

Dropped me as a patient without cause. Left me with no medications even though he knows my complete medical history. Pushed me into an unnecessary surgery that severely destroyed my health.Please do not trust this business!

In my opinion.... Dr. Miller is definitely an "old school" doctor that seems to genuinely care about his patients. Has good bed-side manner, is attentive, doesn't keep you waiting, and is open to feedback + the occasional self-diagnosis. Requests for prescription refills are done quickly. I feel comfortable/relaxed coming to his practice (which is not something I can say about 90% of the other doctors & offices that I've been to in my life).

Severely destroyed my life.

Dr.miller is my Dr. And Dr.Davis is my husband's. Dr. Miller sees you as his patient not a number, he sincerely cares, saved my life 3 yes 3 times!!! I thank JESUS every day for him.

complaint started last Dec. 2018 when husband was so sick and I called office for help and never got an answer back so took him to the hospital for the help needed. WELL it just happened again along with other complaints along the way. Everyone has told me I really needed to find a new doctor and kept trying to give another chance. Dr. is on Vacation for two weeks now so had to see his PA and turns out she isn't much better or cares anymore either. Just a job I guess. THAN blames the office staff for not giving the phone message??? Confronted the girls in office to have TWO verify they really did give the message, the PA on duty just didn't care enough to call I guess?? RUN, look for someone who cares. I hate putting in a complaint like this and it would be too much to write it all that has happened in just the last 5 months. Find a younger doctor that still cares for his patients and one who hires a PA that knows what is up as well.

Dr. Miller has been my primary care physician for 10+ years. He is very attentive and will spend as much time as you need with him. He doesn't treat his patients like cattle. I have and will continue to recommend him to all who will listen. The only negative thing I can say is that his staff can be unusually grumpy and rude. His practice would benefit if the receptionists and phlebotomists were sent to sensitivity training.

He takes time he listens he is never let me down I’ve been going there for years and have never been unhappy

I have been going to dr. Miller for almost 25 years now. He definitely has saved my life. I have found dr. Miller and dr. Davis to be the best doctors anywhere. All the nurses at Trinity Hospital love them and say they are the most conscientious doctors that they have in their Network.

The Dr wasnt the issue... Unfortunately when you have staff that hangs up consistently on patients and is constantly rude when inquiring about a Prior Auth since the pharmacy has been requesting for almost a month now. If you dont like your job then find something else. You have peoples lives in the palm of your hand. Try and have some compassion. Now have to find another Dr due to staffs negligence. Sad.
