Worst doctor ever Extremely unprofessional horrible bedside manner very pretentious human being and lacks empathy. Unfortunately Dr. LugoLopez was taking care of our mother at memorial hospital recently during this COVID crisis. Her communication with us was extremely poor along with the nurses on the unit. Our poor nurse placed several phone calls to her and never received a phone call back. My mother was sent home on a new medication that was written incorrectly by the doctor and the nurse tried to fix the prescription prior to discharge and the doctor never corrected her mistake. This behavior is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. This doctor should not be allowed to practice medicine— her lack of care for patients families and nursing staff is completely and utterly unsatisfactory and disgusting.

During the course of a week Dr. LugoLopez was the attending physician for our mother who was admitted with hematuria and while we requested to speak with the doctor to get a report she NEVER answered our calls.  During COVID19 crisis having a family member in the hospital can be extremely challenging due to quarantine.  Our mother who has Alzheimers was admitted for a renal problem and for 8 days we never heard from Dr. LugoLopez.  The nurses tried their best to respond but they stated that the doctor herself would need to provide certain information.  We asked why Dr. LugoLopez was so neglectful and were told perhaps due to moms condition dementia.  MORE than ever she should have made a real attempt to speak to the family since we had no access to visitation and mom had no one familiar around. A physician without compassion who feels no need to communicate with the patient or the family should not be in charge of their care...Totally unacceptable

Worst doctor ever She not only lacks bedside manner compassion she is extremely rude and condescending. Had her as a doctor in the hospital would NEVER recommend her to anyone or just avoid that specific hospital. She not only prescribed the WRONG antibiotic HUGE ERRORand prolonged treatment she also made a grave accusation accusing a patient of having “close to full blown AIDS” which was false and lacked any merit since patient was completely negative Worst doctor I’ve ever had

I do not know how this person graduated from Nova Southeastern University I worked closely with the Dean of the Medical school for many years along with many of the Doctorprofessors and she must have missed the classes of tacklesfullness and bedside manner. She is extremely rude and condescending to patients and their family. If you do not accept agree and admire everything she says you are treated as if you are ignorant and below her. She orders meds that cause more pain to the patient.

Never again even for my worst enemy. She made us wait for 6 hours to comme to the room and never talked just dictated to us. This Doctor is rude un attentive and would rather collect money and let the patient die She is horrific. Avoid her completely

Dr Lopez was very attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain to my mom what was causing her pain and she went a step above by contacting my mothers outpatient doctors and keeping them informed. Dr Lopez was very sweet and caring with my mom at all times.if she would have an office we would love for her to be our primary doctor.

She was the doctor given to my family member at the hospital. She was horrible extremely rude basically said the Internet was wrong and she was right. I would love know how the CDC is wrong And scientific journals are wrong Im telling you even if the world was ending and you were bleeding out ... DO NOT GOT TO THIS LADY. She does not deserve no stars. She is horrible. My husband had surgery and his pain meds werent working on him and she was suppose to come in and talk to him and change him and she sat in her little station on the computer. She kept telling the nurse she would come and she did not. She is a doctor who does not put her patients first. Im so upset and I would never want her as a doctor. She gave the clinical manager ok to change meds and even after that she did not come to room.
