Hay covid ahora ,,no están tomando las precauciones necesarias,la limpieza en los cuartos es pésima solo le pasan al medio, no bañan a los viejitos solo paños húmedos...andan sucios con olor a orina el panal lleno,,,

My mother was a resident at Majestic Memory Care until her passing in mid October of this year after a year of many difficult illnesses. My family and I cannot thank the staff and administration at Majestic enough for the thoughtful, respectful and compassionate care they provided to my mother while she was at Majestic. Majestic staff at all levels, from the maintenance staff to the nursing staff made sure she was safe throughout this horrible Covid period and that she didn't feel alone. They provided daily activities to keep her active and entertained. They often sent us photos of my mother interacting with other residents at facility events or dining. Staff set up facetime and window visits with our mom so she had contact with her family. And most importantly the staff made sure she felt special every day she was there. While I dearly miss my mother, I feel she was fortunate to spend her last months at Majestic. Thank you.

Extremely happy with the care my husband is receiving at this facility. So nice to know he is safe but yet able to move freely in the facility. The staff is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable of their residents who are dealing with Alzheimers. I highly recommend Majestic Memory Care.

The memory care facility is open, clean and well organized. The most important thing is the love of the entire staff towards the patients. My Brother and I visited frequently Dad and as complicated this desease can be, everyone was extremely nice and human towards every patient.

I was asked to perform for their residents facing Alzheimer's and dementia. I perform as a singer which I have performed several times a year at various places. I sing at about 100 venues in South Florida and I have done over 1000 performances over the last few years. I do not charge much for my services, however Majestic's Bobby Gates asked me to reduce my price, and in offering a lower fee I would become a regular gig. The residents, their families, and the staff all told me they enjoyed the performance. I performed in August 2018, I left thinking Majestic would become a steady gig. that never happened. It is now December 2018, and I still have not been paid. I have sent invoices and called several times. The first time I called I was told the check was sent, a month later, the same response. It has been almost 6 months, and still no payment nor any response for non payment. If they are abusive toward their vendors, I can only imagine how they treat their residents, who cannot respond. Majestic is owned by a company called Avante, which is owned by Unimedi Kakheti,, which is owned by the BGEO group. None of the directors are listed, however this chain of companies is spread through Florida, Eastern Europe, and England. The obvious intent is to make no one responsible and difficult to sue. I do a great service for people who enjoy my music. This company is obviously corrupt. If you care about your loved ones DO NOT send them here.

It has been a trying time for the family with my mother getting Alzheimer's at a young age. The need to move her to a safe space was very concerning. The Majestic Memory Care Center has put these concerns to ease. The "open" space, the garden area, the clean and uncrowded feeling differed so much from all else we saw in South Florida. The staff has been professional and so reassuring to my mom and us as a family. Great place for when it is needed.

I was mistaken by how nice everyone was when I first visited.  Once my mother was in, things did not go well.  Half the times we called, nobody bothered to find her so we could talk to her.Her room was always unkept.  Her sheets were dirty and one time she had no top sheet on her bed at all.Physical therapy called me to talk about treating her Parkinsons (which she did not have)!!!  It would take about 3 calls just to get a reply from anyone at the office.I would NOT recommend this facility.

Incredible to find a secured assisted living where residents are free to roam throughout the entire building, even able to go outside and get fresh air when they want in a large enclosed atrium.  A locked facility that doesn't look like it or feel like it.

This place is horrendous! They abuse and neglect patients who cannot speak for themselves! I am in the process of filing suit against them. Just AWFUL and totally disorganized.
