estoy muy molesta con el servicio de la clinica IMC, en novienbre fui hacerme un chequeo con la dr. Cedeño en la clnica de hollywood y me recomendo hacer unos analisis de sangre y todo bien asta el momento asta que que llego el dia de la cita para los resultados, ese dia fui me dijeron que me habian llamado para cencelarme la cita lo cual nunca sucedio Y fui en vano, luego me reagendaron la cita por videollamada y ella nunca se conecto y esa misma historia ocurrio dos veces mas asta que llame muy enojada comentando lo sucedido me dijeron que el director me contactaria tampoco escuche nada sobre el, en fin asta el MOMENTO no pude ver tener un follow up con esta doctora Cedeño me estado sintiendo mal de unos dolores en los huesos y creo que lo mejor que aria es cambiarme de dcotor y que alguien mas capacitado y con mejorservicio alos clientes me pueda ayudar a entender mis resultados.

The Dr. that I saw was great. I would love to see her again but their front desk service is horrible. I work in hospitality and usually never write a negative review because it’s hard to get someone to work, but the “boy” at the reception shouldn’t even be talking to people. He doesn’t care, is rude, doesn’t follow up, doesn’t even say hello when you approach him. It makes me think that he is a lost family member who wants to make quick money. It’s very sad. I really would like to see Dr. Natasha Cedero again but it’s really hard to get passed the front desk.I have an appointment for tomorrow and nobody called me to confirm. I don’t remember the time so I called to check and didn’t get any answer. So I am not doing. It’s a waste of time at this Dr office.

Yo me siento muy Feliz en la clinica con todo El staff incluyendo la manager, Teresita, Stephanie y mi Dra Alicia que es muy dulce, por favor que no la Cambien.

el servisio al cliente es pesimo, no preguntan en que te puedo ayudar ni estan pendientes de lo necesitan los pacientes, el servisio de transporte tambien es pesimo , no tienen educacion ninguna , tratan muy mal a los pacientes y no son nada amables....

The front desk just stopped working idk why. For weeks iv been on hold for hours and they don't do their job anymore. My other doctors have tried to get in touch and they do the same for them. I have to physically be there to get help and the one lady at the front is rude and told me to do it myself every time I tried to get help... I don't know what's been going on but this place has changed and they stopped actually helping everyone and putting people on hold not taking the calls. Even when answering I'm immediately put on hold and forgotten.

Started out on a good note but I have been waiting for two weeks for someone to get back in touch with me by telephone or something I’ve been waiting three weeks on a phone call I called again today September 10 and left another message still no return call I understand that the office can get pretty busy but I am a patient as well I don’t understand

Dr Alicia y todo el staff de hollywood office son excelentes, buena atención, maravilloso trato y la Dra muy dulce y preocupada por sus pacientes, los recomiendo 100%

In all the clinics I have been too this one gave a special health treatment but not because I was treated better than other patients here but because of the amazing and careful health providers for example Dr. Alicia Rodríguez Martínez wouldn’t go anywhere else makes the visit feel like a day in the park thankful for having someone to really care for my health

Ineptos e incapaces es lo que son, 2 años llamándome para confirmar una cita que nunca solicité, ahora pido la cita y me la dieron para 2 o 3 semanas después y nadie me llamó para decirme que la cita estaba cancelada, yo pedí el día en mi trabajo para nada, son unos irresponsables.
