Great staff and exp overall. However Michelle shouldn’t fuss at people for mask issues (when sitting in an empty waiting room) - then not wearing a mask herself sitting in her office.Jensy was great and the two people at the counter when paying/rescheduling.

Office is a nightmare. Spare yourself the grief. Michele the office manager is a lazy and incompetent liar and somehow the dr goes along with her. I gave them so many chances. Came for appointment and they don’t have me on schedule when I made the day before. Made me sit and wait forever. Couldn’t get a test approved for severe stomach issues and I had to go to another dr. Sooooo bad!! I could go on …

The sad thing is Dr. Stone and Carolina are awesome as well as their front office staff. Their practice however will get bad reviews due to the office manager Michelle. Although this is only going to be read by Michelle in the office and no changes will be made because she will not disclose this too them. I was charged for my annual visit. When I called to discuss it, Michelle was rude. "It's your responsibility to pay the billls". Annual physicals have no fee. I saw Carolina the month before. During my annual she asked how I was feeling. Michelle says that makes it an office visit. She is very disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the person in charge she said she was and there is no one else to speak too. She said she is putting a note to drop me as a patient since I wasn't responsible to pay the $25 co pay. I told her i just wanted clarification on the charges. It's sad that good doctors are ruin by her attitude toward patients. She's in charge, she's the boss, she is the only voice for this office. Disappointing!!

thank you it was finally great to meet you.i have been trying to get my shot but have been rejected because i am not a resident. my friend is trapped in canada and cant get here as yet.i have mailings to here in florida and my test results from your office but they keep saying is not enough,they want a letter from my (doctor), when i had my physical he told me that he would be getting shots some time in march,if that is going to happen i would wait.thank you in advance

Very bad attention, the lady who is at the beginning of the consutory was never willing to help and serve one person well, there was only one young man who also speaks Spanish and he was willing to help me solve the problem I had, I don't know if she bothered him I do not speak English well but this makes one feel discrimination, I cannot comment on the doctors, unfortunately they did not treat me but if they do not want them to get a bad impression of the place from the beginning they should improve the care of the patients that we arrive and give us a better welcome and make the place cozy we pay for good service and deserve better treatmentmuy mala atencion la señorita que esta al inicio del consutorio nunca se vio dispuesta ayudar y atender bien una persona tan solo hubo un joven que tambien habla español y el si se vio dispuesto ayudarme a solucionar el inconveniente que tuve, no se si ella le molesto que no hablo bien el inglés pero esto hace sentir discriminación,no puedo opinar de los médicos lastimosamente no me atendieron pero sino quieren que se lleven una mala impresión del lugar desde el inicio deberían mejorar la atención a los pacientes que llegamos y nos den una mejor bienvenida y hacer acogedor el lugar nosotros pagamos por un buen servicio y merecemos un mejor trato

Lots of superlative needed to describe Dr, Stone Just a few are Dedicated-Understanding-Knowledgeable A good Doctor and a wonderful person. He does not disappoint.

So far so good ! I’m switching over to Dr Stones office and I have been taken care of professionally and timely .PS The staff is Winderful !

I've been seeing Dr. Stone at Internal Medicine for over 25 years, and couldn't be more happy. The doctor and staff are all very competent, well trained, friendly and responsive. Couldn't ask for a better place for general health care.
