La clinica es buena y sus médicos también pero el departamento de referidos y medical records es pésimo si necesitas alguna atención puedes demorarte mas de una semana rogandoles que te hagan un trámite y ni aun asi lo consigues. El departamento de medical records no esta dentro de la misma clínica y ni siquiera los propios clientes pueden pedir sus documentos sin mandar una autorización por fax que no se sabe cuanto tiempo va a tomar en responderles.

My mother was a patient here for one year until her health dramatically declined. Twice they refused to write orders for home care claiming they were no longer the PCP. The second time the PCP was changed but effective the following month. Insurance company tried to mediate but no one would get on the phone to discuss. Clearly this facilitys primary interest is profit and not meeting the patients healthcare needs. I do not recommend this facility. The quality of care is poor.

One of the best facilities I have ever been to. Such a wonderful family environment. Everyone is very kind and professional. That includes but isnt limited to the custodial staff Jennifer who always is making sure the environment is clean and free of debris. The front desk staff that keep me informed with my appointments especially Annie with my referrals. Whats so great about this facility that it has wonderful doctors therapist and specialist. Its a wonderful one stop shop . I appreciate the crew thats been working with me. Dr. Garriga takes his time to understand me and listen to my concerns. If Im ever confused on something hell break it down for me to understand. Yvette the massage therapist has the most amazing heavenly sent hands. Im usually uncomfortable with massages but she provides a safe environment and goes at depths that you feel comfortable. I also get acupuncture done there by Gusto. I was skeptical at first about the whole process but let me tell you he made me a believer Ive also have had a few consults with sports doctor and chiropractor. They were amazing. You can see how passionate they are about what they do they truly love their job. There has also been times where Ive had car problems and thet sent free transportation to come pick me up and drop me off. This facility truly goes above and beyond for their patients I have recommended this place to people and they LOVED their experience

Muy contento con el centro el servicio es excelente de principio a fin todo el personal muy amable me siento seguro y cuidado especialmente en estos tiempos tan difíciles de Covid. Mi salud es prioridad y he encontrado el lugar correcto. Siempre pendientes de mi y lo que necesito. Un millon de gracias por su trabajo 🙏🏻

Dr Garriga Perez has a terrible attitude and horrible bedside manner. Dr De la Rua is in a class by himself since he genuinely cares for his patients. The front desk staff spends the whole day gossiping instead of being more empathetic of the patients needs. If they single you out they don’t answer your calls since they have caller ID. The Massage Therapist is awful. She doesn’t listen when you tell her your concerns about how your feeling.I’m going elsewhere and you should too.

Well they mostly remember to speak English in front of me I dont speak Spanish and while they have discontinued rides to the pharmacy they will still pick you up at your home and bring you to them or anywhere else you have a valid medical appointment as long as its not too far away
