Most case managers doesn't show up for scheduled appointments, doesn't use ADA traing, DCF training, mental health training and their communication skills are poor.

Completely unprofessional staff at the front desk! Doctors are constantly changing I can't even get an appointment for over a month to get my medication changed because I had jaw surgery and can no longer take it and instead I get told to get myself bakeracted because I'm willingly refusing to take my meds? Completely unprofessional don't work In behavioral health if you don't want to help people! People with mental health issues struggle enough without doctors and front desk workers judgement

You sadistically torture helpless patients in cahoots with local police. I hope the courts close your business. Shame on you!!!

This place literally kidnapped my NPD coaches wife.. then berated him over trying to find out what was happening. This place is E V I L !!!!

Struggle with professionalism ,staff can be very rude ,with urgent matter Problems not getting solve ,constantly turnover with case managers Causing more depression and anxiety that you already suffering. I left Henderson and went to Memorial Health Behavior. but I was missing my Psychiatric from Henderson that was very Wonderful to me in my health Treatment So I decided to go back Not everything is terrible. Or should I say horrible.from Henderson 😬

Doctor Shalom was rude; didn’t feel like she was listening to me; I’ve been going through scary things the same week with my family and was trying to explain that to her, but it seemed like she was just trying to give me meds, I shown her a few face book posts that frightened me and while looking she seen other posts that mentioned black women( def not written by me) I’m not sure if she took offense to that but she proceeded to prescribe me of which I didn’t agree to. The whole interview she seemed to have an attitude, a bit hostile, rushy, like I was just a number. My original doctor who is Tatiana is much better; I couldn’t schedule with her because of time.

I gave 1 star because there is no option for 0-zero!<br>First of all, the staff is rude and dismissive; I go there to seek help for MY OWN mental health and I don't have to stand for that.<br>Second, the website touts about supportive housing and supported employment and all the staff says is that's not offered.<br>Well, if those services are not offered, why the hell are they advertised on the website?<br>Third, who hires the front desk staff anyway; they shouldn't be there if they don't like their work. They need to find other jobs if they can't properly treat the people who walk in the door seeking help!<br>Thank you.

Do not go in. I was with doctor Garcia or Romero or something like that. He is the WORST. I was prescribed a med that made me sleep 16 hours a day. HE UPPED MY DOSE AFTER I COMPLAINED. Later he said, well you complained about not sleeping and now you complain you sleep too much? SO unprofessional. He also told me he would change it and gave me the same medication under a different name WITH A HIGHER DOSE. I asked to change it and was told to wait. THREE WEEKS of this, I couldnt work or go to school. I called him and he said there is no cure for me. As a psychology degree he is a liar, a disgusting individual. Everyone else was extremely helpful and kind.
