This place is discriminatory. I called and tried expressing my situation and the second I said I had diabetes. I was immediately met with an argumentative tone which then got follow up by being hung up. I will definitely be contacting the proper channels about handling this and also be making videos and seeking out new outlets to discuss this because this type of behavior in mental health facilities that are somehow accredited need to be stopped. It’s really tearing apart the whole recovery community and makes it difficult for trust and safety to be built when you can’t even finish saying a couple sentences to another human being. Absolutely atrocious behavior from your staff member. Then when I was told the manager would come in and reach out. She never did. Hanging up on somebody due to a disability is discrimination. I know that for a fact. Especially at a facility like this one.

I have a great experience with my therapist however what great is therapy when I have been pleading to get case management and keep getting transferred between offices with no end result. I had a terrible exchange with Daphne Stevens who lied about calling me and never left a message. They claim I get case management somewhere else when I never completed my intake there and stressed that o want case management at Henderson since I do therapy here. I filed a formal grievance, followed up on it just to find out that the supervisor for the Daphne Stevens is Denisha Stat who could’ve very well assisted me with my concern but I felt like I was being avoided and rerouted in circles.

Terrible experience. Listen to all reviews telling you to stay away. At one appointment some women told me I can't be seen without payment. I always pay my bills, just needed a little time and couldn't pay upfront. I found out later on that I had a credit on file that no one informed me of. So they had a credit for me on file, but we're going to send me home because I was having difficulty paying that day.

Struggle with professionalism ,staff can be very rude ,with urgent matter Problems not getting solve ,constantly turnover with case managers Causing more depression and anxiety that you already suffering. I left Henderson and went to Memorial Health Behavior. but I was missing my Psychiatric from Henderson that was very Wonderful to me in my health Treatment So I decided to go back Not everything is terrible. Or should I say horrible.from Henderson 😬
