WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Not helpful at all Will never call you back Very dismissive. Seems to not know what’s going on. I’ve been there 3 times and they still ask me if it’s my first time. The Dr is good but his staff is horrible

El doctor no sirve tiene que receive nuevos pacientes y cuando llamas para una cita que dicen no estan recibiendo nuevos pacientes todos Bruscos y Mal educados por favor no se Los recomiendo y tambien solo trabaja lunes martes y miercoles mientras no se puede ver con su medico solo si no va a una emergencia .....

Very easy to get an appointment. The office staff could be better trained to provide better customer service but the doctor was great. I did not feel rushed and he explained everything to me including how my insurance coverage works. Waiting room needs updating however.

Dr. Nadal didnt perform a thorough exam and most of the appointment was spent just asking me my medical history. I wanted a lab test done and called his office three times and he never even returned my call. I was very disappointed with the care.
