Jeffrey Rothstein's Online Review Report Card

I was not responded to after 3 attempts to reach office staff to renew a prescription, extremely unprofessional apparently Dr is rich and doesn't need patients , runs churning practice to rush bodies in and out for fast cash, then ignores needs .Do not recommend him for any patient who wants to be treated professionally or with any dignity or respect.

Dr does not let you get a word in. Did not f/u on what he promised. Does not seem to care about what you want/need

Great experience as my primary Doctor for many years. Doctor Rothstein' and his office Staff have a great system for taking care of his patients. I can highly recommend Him as a primary Doctor.

Great Doctor

Dr. Rothstein has been my primary care doc for many years. He has helped me through some very difficult situations and is always responsive and always cheerful. He makes excellent referrals when needed.He has an excellent staff - they do a great job on getting referrals ready promptly. Dr. Rothstein is a great choice for anyone.

I also was in the waiting room, when that unproffessional worker treated the patient with no respect. I also know the patient and Mr. Snipes and there very nice people. Mr. Rothstein was not there so he dosen't know what happened. He did call the patient but did nothing about the matter. I saw with my own eyes the worker was annoyed because the patient said she missed printing a test on the paper the docter requested. She had a street like attitute and thats when the patient got mad, the worker then said your lucky were not in the streets like she wanted to fight. Any Docter that dosent stand behind his patients and allows that says something about his character. The patient and Mr. Snipes are no longer going to this Docter. My suggestion is to find another Docter that really cares and will listen to his patients. As of now only one patient that wrote a good review her picture is showing, no one else is. Don't bother to write me back as I wont respond. I'm furious too that a patient comes to a Docter for help and gets treated this way. so write whatever you want, what you didn't do was wrong by turning your back, your patients should come first not a worker you hired for only 3 months that tried to fight with a current patient and thats what you stood behind, I even heard her say if you have a problem with me talk to my office manager she'll do nothing about the matter Ill even write the number down for you with a very cocky attitude. simply discusting

Dr Webb is a very good Docter, he takes the time out to listen and adresses all your concerns , my girlfriend and I both see him and highly recommend him, The reason why I gave only two stars is because I talked to Dr Rothstein (The head Docter there) myself about a situation that happened to my girlfriend while seeing Dr, Webb. An employee that works there disrespected my girlfriend raising her voice, being extremely cocky, getting highly irritated that my fiance told her she made a mistake on the lab report not including a test the Docter ordered. My girlfriend did get upset after the employee started with her nonproffessional attitude and tried to leave through the door as the employee yelled at her, your pushing me, your lucky were not alone in the streets together. The office did nothing about this matter as the office manager and Dr. Rothstein were out of Town for July 4 holiday. After speaking to Dr. Rothstein a few days later, I didn't get the feeling he was going to do anything about this matter. I am a 60 year old man and never saw another proffessional talk to a patient this way, He will lose a lot of patients this way and his credibility won't be there, if he dosen't listen to his patients and accepts this kind of behavior from one of his employees. We like Dr. Webb that's the only reason why we will continue going, but as far as the horrible situation that happened, we hope Dr. Rothstein opens his eyes and does something about this matter as were sure she'll do this to another patient as soon as shes in a bad mood and dosen't want to do any extra work.

I have been a patient of Dr Rothstein for many years and I have nothing but praise for him and his entire staff. I feel like I am visiting a friend when I show up there for an appointment. I have great confidence in his ability and best of all he listens. If I have a question about anything he will answer it. Wouldn't think of going to anyone else.
