This orthopaedic Drs office does not know where to send patients for a Bone Scan that Dr. Blom ordered for me. I went to 3 Diagnostic Centers. Only to be told we only do bone density. So today, 4/19, I called Dr. Blom. Only to be told by very rude office staff to call all the hospitals to find a bone scan machine. Crazy world we live in now. they calling around to all the hospitals and see if they do a Bone scan.

Friendly staff, very welcoming. Doctor Blom is very knowledgeable, give you options. I felt so much better after my treatments. I recommend this office to all friends and family.

This review is for the staff at Galvez and Blom. It took 45 minutes and being hung up on 5 times to speak to someone who told me I was lying and was not hung up on. Then she told me "she couldn't deal with me". I cannot review the skills or professionalism of the physicians as I was not able to get past their staff. I work in the medical field, and I would never allow my staff to speak to a patient in this manner. Patients are contacting this physician due to illness, pain or injury and treating them in this manner is unacceptable.

Had a scheduled appointment planned 3 weeks ahead of time. They called 30 minutes before my appointment as I was walking out the door and cancelled. Next appointment time....4 weeks away. Going with an office that respects my time.

A 20 of 10 stars. Not only repaired my knee, (a 5 year temp repair that still functions fairly well after 15 years), but corrected a botched VA shoulder surgery that caused me severe limited mobility and pain. Although I still suffer some shoulder mobility issues, without his surgery and guidance I am sure that my mobility would be minimal at best. HIGHLY recommended.

Dr Galvez has an awesome bedside manner! He spends the time needed to explain everything and actually listens when you tell him your concerns and what you do or don’t want to do. On a scale of 1 - 10 he absolutely rates a ten!
