I see the folks who can’t believe the negative reviews but I got disturbing lab work so I left message. Yesit was a Friday. Yesit was in afternoon early. No call back. Very disappointed.

I do you not understand these negative reviews about Dr. Steiner‘s office. I find the staff to all be very helpful and compassionate for your problems. Lily is in charge of referrals which I have always gotten my referrals when I’m supposed to. As far as my prescriptions always done on time or if I call to have one call then it’s always done on a timely manner. And if I leave a message to get a call back from Brian or one of the PAs I always get a call back the same day that I’ve left a message no complaints about this office whatsoever they are wonderful

Great practice The doctors and physician assistants Are exceptional Being a registered nurse its truly nice to feel well taken care of I would definitely recommend this practice. Its the way Medicine used to be The ancillary staff is wonderful also

The place is just fineI have been seeing Dr Steiner for the past 2 years plus now. Dr Steiner is superb as far as bedside manner diagnosis follow up and communication.Dr Steiner truly cares about his patients and that is realized when you meet with him. Dr.Steiner is the epitome of what anyone would want in a physician. In addition the office staff couldnt be more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Jenna is a very excellent and caring NP. I was seen very quickly for bloodwork and the lab tech was excellent and very efficient. The Ultrasound tech was also great and very knowledgeable...Heidi was very friendly with an uplifting personality...great staff overall...i recommend them to all my friends

Customer service isn’t great. Most times I call to schedule an appointment or to get information no one answers. If people are out to lunch the answering machine needs to say that. Not “sorry we’re closed” . I’ve also had paper work lost by the office. 🤷🏻♂️
