Dr. Matthew Hasford is very caring and has great bedside manners. He took very good care of me & his staff are very nice. I was admitted to the hospital back in November, 2021. I then followed up with Dr. Hasford at his Hollywood office and underwent a procedure just yesterday. He was on time, and even called me the following day to make sure that my pain was under control and if there were any concerns in regards to my treatment. I & my husband are extremely pleased with him and highly recommend. He is very kind, caring and professional. Thank you Dr. Hasford. You truly demonstrate your passion in the Medical field. Thanks so much.

Dr. Hasford is a great Doctor. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is very patient to speak with me at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. The staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. They were helpful, patient, and helped with my insurance. I highly recommend becoming Dr. Hasford's patient! Thanks, Dr. Hasford, for taking care of me.

To begin, most doctors I have met and worked with have been great to me and my family... I am thankful for that. In every occupation you will find some good apples and some bad ones. Dr. Hasford would be the bad one. Dealing with Dr. Hasford has not been a pleasant experience. After several conversations my sister and him have had, I can tell he does not truly care for his patients. They spoke time and time again about the solutions for my father. My father was in constant physical pain. Did Hasford care? Did he take the matter seriously? I don't think so. Speaking to him, let alone asking questions to better understand, seemed to annoy him. When speaking to him, he had this "I don't know what you're going to do" attitude. Offered no answers or solutions to anything. He gave up and said "I guess I'll refer you to a better doctor." Since the beginning, he told us he will do this and that. Then changed his mind again. Wasn't true to his word I the first place and left us in the air towards the end. After so much time wasted. He just decided to give up and push us away to another doctor. I wish he could've said that in the first place. ANYWAYS ...Terrible experience. If you have a loved one who needs help seeing a urologist, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. HASFORD.

Dr. Hasford is the best doctor we have ever met. He removed my dad Alfonso Angulo's prostate and bladder stones, and has shown the highest professional expertise and care. Not only Dr. Hasford saved my dad's life, but also he has supported my dad and the whole family so much... with his patience, time, tenderness, positive attitude, prompt response to all questions, etc. Dr. Hasford is the warmest, loving, caring urologist you may ever meet. God bless him always!!!

Doctor was great and understanding, no complaints there. Staff at his office, all were nice, but very disorganized. After waiting 3 weeks for a small surgery procedure, on the day before the surgery staff calls me to tell me that it needs to be rescheduled for another 2-3 weeks because I did not get blood work done. I spoke to his office 3 times a week for 3 weeks and no one mentioned i needed this done. All the planning and requesting time off work now gone and i must go back to the hospital.

Dr Hasford treated me for a very,very large kidney stone in Bellefontaine, ohio. He was great with me. Explained everything so I could understand what his plan was. I was certainly concerned when he relocated to Florida but totally understand his decision.
