It's been four years since I've stepped into this place and while I miss everyone I thank God everyday I don't have to go anymore. You guys are amazing and have hearts of gold. The staff is awesome and down to earth.

Will never forget the “kind young man” at the front desk who told me I should be ashamed of my situation. Really compassionate

The mental health department should give a fact based and compassionate patient experience. The psychiatrist does not reply to the on-site nurses or staff. Their is negligence and inconsistency with the coordination of care and adequate turn around.I have respectfully waited on hold to often not get an answer or sit on hold for 30+ minutes several times. Complete disregard for families during this trying covid time. Lack of empathy should not be at a lost when it comes from the supposed treating psychiatrist or psychologist. Even at the request to have admin review and call back - delay or dead-end is the result. Disappointed

Front desk ladies are amazing and on point. Love them. They do their jobs well. Yet this place can improve. Don't expect to be seen on time. Every time I bring my mom, we are waiting longer than scheduled. Why have us come early, if you will not even see people at their scheduled times? A lack of consideration for people's time. It's great that many people use your services yet there has to be a better way to be more effective

If every place were like this, the world would be a better place. These guys are angels, and the staff are incredible. I can't say enough good things about this place, but I'm certain they've saved many lives. If you or a loved one is in need and suffers from depression look no further. This place will put you back on your feet and restore your faith in humanity. Blessed to have found this place.

The staff here is wonderful, they’ve helped me with consistent therapy and trying new meds. The only issues I have is timing and lack of communication. If you have an appointment, expect to wait 15-30 minutes, depending on how they’re moving that day. I’ve once had to wait an hour because the only employee who could see me was out to lunch (not their fault, but it was discouraging since it was my first time here). I’ve also had issues where an appointment has been canceled or rescheduled without them notifying me, and I show up at the usual time. I would give them five stars if these issues I’ve had never happened.

I really don't know how this facility has been rated 4 stars. It is mediocre at best. The clinicians are always 30 to 45 minutes late for appointments, you can never get in touch with anyone if you have a problem with prescriptions or lab orders. Dr. Geraci specifically acts like she is doing something and then never carry's through on what she says. My brother has been waiting for over a month for a simple correction to a lab order. Hopefully he isn't toxic, not that we can know and not that his 'doctor' even cares. Enough is enough and he will be changing facilities/psychiatrist to one who actually has time and genuinely cares for his mental health. I feel bad for patients still "receiving" alleged care here. This facility needs so much help and for the sake of the community I hope they get it!

It's been around 5 years now since I was having mental therapy sessions to cope with depression here with one extraordinarily amazing and truly compassionate therapist whose name is Elizabeth. She is so genuinely interested in her clients' needs and above all one can sense her outright friendliness as she intently listens to your issues etc. She just oozes empathy which makes one instantly relaxed and feel totally in very good hands. I'd been to a few others elsewhere, but Elizabeth puts both her heart and soul in her definitely called profession. Unfortunately, in my case, I had to by my upcoming age switch over to Medicare and she can only see those with nothing but Ryan White. However, I had the most glorious just-by-chance opportunity a few months ago when I called this facility for some information to be both clarified and verified and Elizabeth herself was manning the phones. I was absolutely ecstatic to hear her voice and told her that since in all the time.being with her in therapy I never had forgotten her extreme kindness and keenly insightful suggestions to cope with just about anything of any negative situation in my or even anyone elses'.This therapist is a true gem! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

They are all nice and they help you and they have activities like panting and craft and a whole lot more and every Friday they got bingo and everything is free
