I received a message today from a rep from Pre Services Deot through my chart asking me to call. The rep disabled ability to reply through my chart. The number she gave me does not work due to telephone co issues. Since I have several upcoming spots have no idea what this is about. It would be nice to be able to get a reply. I was transferred around when I called main number. Totally frustrated.

I am really very indignant and upset with the Memorial Healthcare System Hospital because they told me that an exam would cost me a specific amount and I paid it on the same day of my consultation and a month after having said exam they sent me a bill for an extra $100 of the amount I had already paid for no reason, I do not recommend this place to anyone, they have a lot of bad care and lack of ethics... If I could give it 0 stars I would give it because I am very sorry for having gone to this hospital 😡

The Staff and Service my son received was unmatched. I have never been to a hospital where everyone from security to the surgeon was a ball of joy. I will recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. Thanks Dr.Smith and your amazing staff on my son surgery and praying for a speedy recovery!
