Narciso Gomez's Online Review Report Card

I was recommended by Dr Quesada. But the office is closed and there doesn't seem to be any reason.

I called him my hero!! Dr. Gomez is a very professional and talented Doctor he takes patients care very seriously, he did surgery on me and was very concerned about my recovery. There was always a call making sure everything was going well. My life has been given a turn to the right direction thanks to him, I will recommend him 💯.I wish there were more doctors like you!!

This visit was a joke. Worse service ever. 5 minutes visit. The Dr. Was trying to get rid of me giving me no solution or logical explanation about my tortuon colon condition that I developed since I got an emergency surgery 3 years ago for appendicitis. My colon doesn't move and I can't go to the bathroom, that it's causing me a lot of pain, bloating, bleeding, inflammation and discomfort. He told me every body has that, I can't help you, and then disappear.

Dr. Gomez is the man. Even without health insurance he and his office treated me like a human being that needed their help. Its hard to find clinics or medical offices that don’t treat you different when they find out you have no health insurance. Dr. Gomez even told me he wanted to see me in a month. Thank you Dr. Gomez, I will see you in a month.

Son unos irresponsables de primera. No se la recomiendo a nadie!! Después que pague el precio acordado me aumentaron $500 a los días. Después que me realice todos los exámenes y comencé la dieta líquida me llamaron a los 4 días para decirme que me cancelaron la fecha de la cirugía porque la clínica no tenía disponibilidad para esa fecha. Y a los 2 días la clínica me contacto para ver si iba asistir a la cirugía cuando ellos me habían dicho de que la clínica canceló por no tener disponibilidad. Perdí el dinero de los pasajes y hospedajes casi $2000$ acordamos una nueva fecha y resulta que ya la coordinadora no trabaja con ella me dijo la recepcionista después de 4 llamadas en el día para saber sobre la cirugía me dicen a final del día que ya ella no trabaja con ellos. Que falta de seriedad tienen. No la recomiendo a NADIE!!!!

I waited 2 months to see Dr. Gomez which he was recommended by my primary Dr. to only be seen for about 5 minutes with no resolution to my concern or any empathy. I’ve been having abdominal issues for over 3 months and even took my CT scan disk to him which he didn’t even look at. He only read the report and ask why I didn’t give this info to his staff. Why didn’t his staff ask if I had any medical records to provide. As the patient how I’m I suppose to know to provide to them instead of the Dr. I was so looking forward to his opinion and basically felt brushed off and he even made a remark that maybe I should go ask Dr House (tv series) which I found very unprofessional. He then ask me to come back in a few months and see if he comes up with any new ideas by then? In the meantime, I guess I’ll continue my painful suffering. Didn’t offer any advice or recommendations to my concerns. Needless to say I’ll be looking for a different Dr. Very disappointed in his professional demeanor and bedside manner.

I had been a patient of Dr Narciso Gomez for almost 10 years. Never had a complaint. I do believe he is a very good doctor. However, the last time I was at his office (about a month ago) I was SHOCKED to see Dr Gomez unmasked in his office seeing clients. Remember, this is a MEDICAL OFFICE, not a gas station, not a horse stable. People who will go to see a doctor are very likely to be either sick, or infirm. They should be presumed to be at a much higher risk of contracting a virus than the general population. Some of these patients may also be immuno-compromised, and unable to get vaxxed, and boosted. More so because we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC that has killed over half a million people in America. So, for a medical doctor not to wear a MASK, for me it is incredibly callous. I refuse to enter any MEDICAL OFFICE where medical professionals, and staff will not show a basic compassion to their patients by not wearing a MASK. I have found myself a new doctor who does wear a MASK. This is the 2nd office I've dropped because of medical staff and/or doctors inside not wearing a MASK.

Great experience! Great Team! Great customer Service! My husband needed a colonoscopy and he got his appointment scheduled pretty fast (2 week) after seeing the Dr. Gomez. I will totally recommend him and his team with my eyes closed!
