Pediatric Associates's Online Review Report Card

Still hate coming here, never understood how an appointment is 45 min wait time and 15 min with dr time. This place is so unorganized, the staff isn’t friendly, first time I come and the MA didn’t even look at me while she took baby’s height/weight. If you’re in the healthcare field you’re supposed to practice bedside manner and clearly none of them got that far. This practice makes it really hard to be seen and you would assume with countless issues like this they would figure it out by now. I guess not.

Pediatric Associates is a good place. They have a great team of nurses and Dr. Ayuso is wonderful with kids.

Llame y me dicen k espere 44 minutos,Marco la opción de devolución de llamadas cuando me llaman me dicen k espere unos minutos para poder hablar con una enfermera y llevo casi una hora esperando🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️La verdad muy mala la atención en ese sentido

The best pediatric location to choose if you don’t mind consistently waiting for over 1.5hrs to see a doctor.Recommendation:How about you take only the patients you can actually see while providing the best Quality care for the young patient instead of being just another Corp that only cares about the bottom line

waiting time is long!!!!! Terrible

Although I think the doctors are good, the people who work up front with the phones are obviously not doing their jobs because I've been waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone for a "0 minute wait time"

Pediatric associate es un desastre, si llamas te pasas mas de una hora en línea y nadie constesta y cuando contestan te cuelgan porque no hablan en español, si vas a una cita médica te pasas mucho más de una hora esperando que te atiendan y si necesitas un referido té lo hacen mal o te lo mandan para algún sitio que tu seguro no cubre.

I have been to this location with my newborn son, 3 times now and I've never been happier. My husband and I are first time parents so we've been recommended this office by close friends, and they weren't wrong. This office is great! We've never had any issues with the staff, nurses nor the wait. We're always seen in a timely manner and all members of the staff have been very kind and thorough.Our sons pediatrician Dr. Pinson is very knowledgeable, upbeat and answers all of our questions, and boy do we usually have a lot for him! As first time parents, this experience makes us feel like we can trust our son's doctor and the staff to make sure our son is healthy and safe.P.S. This office is doing their absolute best to see all patients during a pandemic, so to the parents saying they had to wait a long time, please be patient!
