I had an 7:45 A.M.appointment the wait wasn't bad I was called to the back about 8:15 A.M.the nurse took my 2 sons vitals and when the doctor came in she was nice in the beginning and when she told me what vaccines my youngest son will have, I explained to her my experience with last vaccine and I will decline the vaccine for today she then became rude and didn't see my other son. She walked out of the room and said he's only getting a physical and no longer gave me the referral for Urologist. When the nurse enter the room she said you're done and I explained she didn't see my older son. The doctor comes back to the room rush us off with a prescription and said find another doctor we don't see patiences who aren't vaccinated. I was like wow with doctors like that why take your children there.

Lleve a mi hija enferma con mucha tos y fiebre y con la garganta roja y la doctora Suzy Thompson dice que no tiene nada ,😡 no le receta nada, dice que no sabe de qué es la fiebre ?no le hacen ni pruebas para ver si no tiene bacteria.? Horrible la atención como médico un fracaso si no sabe para que está ahí no regresaré más a ese lugar 😡😡😡

Had a tele doc appt earlier in week. Meds didn’t help cough and was able to get a sick visit first thing this am. Ms Cohen, APRN was thorough, kind and compassionate. Thanks for all of your help team!

I researched and interviewed three pediatricians before deciding on Dr. Ohring and Pediatric Associates - Emerald Woods. The facility is modern and clean. The staff is friendly. We love doctor Ohring, and my daughter has been a patient for four years. Appointments, in my experience, run on time. The patient portal is user-friendly and convenient. I appreciate that they offer virtual appointments too.

Been told twice I would get a call back AND HAVE YET to receive a call back. Then when I wait on the line- after a 47 minute hold, someone took me off hold and hung up the call - LIKE MY CHILDREN ARE SICK AND YALL ARE JUST WHAT?!?! This is ridiculous 😒 if someone has an option I’d tell them go elsewhere.

The doctors and nurses at Pediatrics Associates have always been great with the care both of my kids from birth. We are lucky to have two great locations one for check ups and another for after hours.
